They have the friendliest staff in all the grocery stores I've been to in Cary. Southern charm and friendliness is here! Also, they recently updated their look.also, they have special parking for parents with children! If they have a posted amount and it doesn't ring right, they will Honor it. Southern charm with the old staff!

This is hands down the best food lion u can find in durham, cary, raleigh and apex. Very large selection of produce, clean and cozy , a lot of half priced meat and chicken. I drive 10 miles from page road although there is a food lion 500ft from my house.

Decent grocery store with large vegable selection, deli , meat and fish counter. Lots of checkout so virtually never a wait. Disabled parking and public restroom

I was AMAZED that Food Lion in Cary, NC sells Simple Mills crackers and cookies, as well as Tinkyada pasta! Both brands are the BEST gluten-free products that I LOVE!!

It's a Food Lion. The prices are good. It's a little small. The parking is great. It's very easy to get in and out of the lot. It's also nice that it's near some other things. If I'm at Target for something and need to pick up some groceries, this is where I'll go.

Don't go here if you're expecting a Wegman's experience. But it's a lot nicer than going to the Walmart grocery, for example. it's clean, well-organized, and they will probably have what you're looking for.

I truly adore shopping at Food Lion! The staff is really kind and accommodating. Excellent location, well-stocked store, and short check-out lines. The price is usually reasonable. Produce that is in season. The store is always clean, and I really suggest this Food Lion location.

Great place to shop around with FL stores for specifically groceries and home essentials. Always love their ice cream flavors and frozen snack items like chicken nuggets and fries. The vegetables are always fresh and maintained well. And beverage s stocked up regularly so never had a shortage. Recommend to get a membership to add some savings to your shopping and get cash saved in wallet.

Absolutely the best prices. Went into HT for a couple of items then stopped by FL on the way home (same outing) and found the same items for $2 less. That’s not a small difference. From now on I’ll stick to FL. I do wish they carried more vegan options but for 95% of my shopping I’ll go where the prices are best.

Nicest Food Lion in the Raleigh area. It is so clean you could eat off the floors. I have seen workers on there hands and knee's cleaning the bottom of the freezers. This is how to keep a clean store. The manager does an awesome job of keeping up with the store and the employees. We live next door and it's a great place to get what we need. Prices may not be the best on everything, but it's convenient. Will be shopping here for years to come.

This Food Lion surprise me as a very large fruit and vegetable selection and they was really fresh. I sometimes drop by here when I go to alpaca charcoal chicken which is next door and pick some stuff up for home. Not a very busy store at all and they seem to be very nice at the checkout registers. So overall a very nice grocery store with a decent selection of food

Tammy the Deli Manager at this location would never let food lion or customers down. So much workaholic and customer friendly based on my experience from the past 2 years.

I just want to give a shout out to Drew in the meat 🥩 department for going above and beyond for my family. He is a man of true character and Food Lion is lucky to have him as a member of its great hardworking staff. New remodeling recently, and it is very nice inside. This is one of the nicer Food Lions in the area. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally, they have all the brands you want and need! At great prices!

Why is everyone here so nice? I think they all need a raise. One of the only 3 grocery stores I know where people actually act like they like their jobs and the customers. So be nice to them because these folks are a pleasant group and their customer service is excellent EVERY time I go in.

Longing for some real winter oranges. Found it at Food Lion, Chapel hill Rd. The most delicious bag of Cara Cara oranges from Kings River. Thanks Food Lion. Your fruit and veg is getting better all the time.

My respect for food lion has increased many fold after the covid crisis. When almost all large retailers including Costco is engaged in some sort of profiteering and jacking up of prices, food lion has kept it consistently at pre crisis levels.Also, they have wiped and sanitizers and disinfectant fluids in plenty at the entrance of the store, which no other retailer has made it available. Your commitment to the community is much appreciated. Great job food lion leadership and all the hardworking associates. Wish you all success.

I never shopped at food lion until I discovered this location. Very clean, friendly staff and very well stocked. Completely changed my view that all food lions were a certain type of way.
