I worked with Zach, he was informative and efficient. He explained my quotes thoroughly, and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process of switching insurance companies. I put it off for long trying to avoid the hassle of switching but Zach handled it all for me. He was quick to respond and answered all questions that I had.

I just became a customer/ member of Farm Bureau. I have a sense of peace now. I had been with Nationwide since 1999 and the constant (and excessive) increases in my premiums, with no reported claims or other incidents, became too much. Farm Bureau has saved me money with each policy Andrea looked over for me. Farm Bureau increased my auto coverage and I still save significantly... more than half of what Nationwide quoted! I'm very grateful for the $$ savings and the open dialogue I have with Farm Bureau.

I have switched my home and auto to Farm Bureau and I am so happy! Every time I call the sweetest women answer and are so helpful. Tyler is our adjuster and he is so patient, explains everything so clearly. Andrea has been so sweet and helpful answering all my phone calls getting policies emailed over to us. I cannot say enough things about how wonderful these people are, how much money they have saved us, and the level of customer service is unmatched.
