Our server hector was amazing good customer service very friendly outgoing and just positive. I recommend people to pick him as a waiter . The food was amazing and totally worth it. The cheesecake cinnamon was dissapointing

We stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant was extremely clean. We had a great waiter, and service was spot on. I had the Asian Lettuce Wraps, and they were perfect. Everyone's food came exactly as ordered. We have never had a bad meal here. My only complaint would be how expensive the prices have gotten here....wow

Everything went well. Wait times wasn’t long, food was good and my waitress was nice. It was a nice atmosphere as well. The snicker cheesecake was delicious. I really enjoyed myself. Thank you!

Had a great experience here. Service was excellent, and while the food was a bit overpriced for the fact that it was a bit bland, I like that they have such a wide range of options including the low calorie and gluten free options. The cheesecake is so yummy, and I also had a caramel macchiato that was delicious. The ambience was good because even though we were seated near people, our booth felt private enough.

Stopped to pick up cheesecake on our way through town. Counter service was quick. We were asked if we wanted utensils.

Cheesecake traveled well to our home. We enjoyed the large slices.

Best service!! Our server Ann was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was delicious (although the avocado egg rolls have way more cilantro than they used to have so we won’t be getting those again 🤮). The salads are always fresh and the cheesecake as always was absolutely decadent. We share the tiramisu cheesecake there and brought two pieces home.
Ample parking outside but it can get busy so make a reservation if you can for dinner time or on the weekends.
We will definitely eat at this restaurant again!

Food was delicious we had pasta carbanarra and Omelet with spinich, cheese, and mushrooms with a side of toast and breakfast potatoes.

Sangria was too tart not the best. There were apples in there and it tasted like the apples were soaked in there too long. Could of just been a bad batch. The coffee was very good.

100% would go again because the ambiance is nice and the food was great. The inside is designed beautifully and there is alot of seating. We went with our 7month old and they had booster seats for him which was nice.

The service was great the hosts were friendly and our waiter attentive.

We came from out of town. This was also all 3 of ours first time trying the cheesecake factory. I was very impressed. The pricing is a bit, so be prepared for that BUT the food was spectacular. We went to the mall afterwards, in the same lot, and then came back to get our cheesecake. I highly recommend getting a slice of cheesecake! But do be prepared to spend 11 dollars or so on one slice. Also, the cheesecake is very filling, and you could easily get 3 servings of it if you took one slice home. The food we had was very tasty and hot. Our server she was spectacular!!! I don't remember her name, but she had cute eyeglasses with like a swirl pink in the middle of it going from the top of one lens to the bottom of the other. She even helped me decide between 2 dishes that I was contemplating on getting. I recommend coming here. And I will be back the next time I come to/near a cheesecake factory since we don't have one near home. Pictured below were 2 of our apps at our table and my husbands and my entree.

My son and I enjoyed lunch and the pace of everything and taste was amazing. Great server as well.

Love this place. I always get the Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya and the chicken taqeitos. Can't go wrong!

We came here today to celebrate Easter
We were a group of 5 all together
2 of our party were there before the 3 of us
We quickly sat down and the waitress was there quickly to take drink orders
She soon returned yummy fresh bread and butter for it along with water cups
She then came back with the alcoholic drinks
We asked for a little bit more to look at the menu for my friends daughter to decide
Me & my friend Lindsay decided on the Louisiana chicken with pena pasta
My friends mom got orange chicken
Her brother got the shrimp tacos with rice no beans because they don't have refried beans
My friends daughter got chicken tacos with rice
The tacos are unfortunately mini tacos
Everything arrived quickly and hot
The waitress we get was so awesome
She went above and beyond her job to make everyone felt comfortable and welcome
My friends mom is older and has issues getting up from a seated position to standing
Our waitress went & assisted my friend as she helped her mom stand up to go use the bathroom
I don't remember her name but she was tall white lady with dark hair and kind of slender
We were seated in the back corner by the windows looking out towards Mayfair rd
Definitely a wonderful experience and a great lunch
We all got a slice of cheesecake to go
I got the adam peanut butter cheesecake
My friend got a pineapple upside-down cheesecake

Overall, it was a great environment. It was my first time going there. I ordered the steak and salmon, but they tasted bland. Maybe I'll try something else next time. Keep up the great work, you all!!

I've been DYING to come here since i heard good things about it, but when i heard about the price, i was a bit skeptical😬
However, now that I've gone once, i can 100% say that i CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE AGAIN!!! You must try everything, seriously!!! The food is to die for!!

SERVICE: very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and they were attentive to us. The food also came out after ~20min.
ATMOSPHERE: First of all, both the inside of the place and the outside of the place are gorgeous!!😍 It's like a huge tower with very olden time- modern twist decor!✨fancy✨ The place was also full and packed with family and friends. It's a great ambiance to bring your loved ones to!
FOOD: the menu is LONG. If you're indecisive, I suggest you look at the menu online before going there! They have a VARIETY of different foods and they almost have as many pastas as they do cheesecakes🤤 Also, keep in mind the serving sizes are HUGE‼(i mean 3 people could have eaten off of my plate😂). Which, for the money, is TOTALLY worth it imo. It's perfect for a great day to treat yourself and eat well! And of course, i totally recommend their entire dessert menu. Why go to the Cheesecake Factory without trying their cheesecake? 👀

The food was outstanding. They were very busy when we were there. Our waiter wasn't very attentive. That was kind of frustrating. We had to remind him several times of things we needed. Other than that, it was great!!! Their fettuccine is great! I recommend reservations.

The decor is so random... food and service awesome. I had avocado Benedict was soooooooo delicious. Cheesecakes are over the top. I'd splurge here for an outing with a loved one. You'll easily spend 40 per person

First time taking our girl to Cheesecake Factory on Mayfair Road. Excellent service, fast seating, food was delicious and the Lemon Merengue and Key Lime Cheesecake were outstanding! Will eat there again. The staff was simply the kindest and nicest we’ve experienced in a long time!

I ordered Crispy chicken in a Madeira wine sauce with mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes which they say is their #1 dish but it just tastes like a regular chicken breast. I really didn't like it at all and thought it was a waste of money for almost the cost of it $24 I also had three Margaritas which were $35 and they were mainly all ice. Very small. I ordered three pieces of cheesecake which were amazing at $10 a piece it's a little ridiculous when you can get a whole cheesecake that is the cheesecake factory brand from Woodman's for a lot cheaper. My daughter had the nachos it was huge but none of the chips had cheese. Street corn was banging thou.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch and it was great! The building is big, easy to move around in and is very clean and atmospheric to boot! Customer service was great, attentive and very accommodating when needing to be. Food was also pretty darn good. The free bread was scrumptious, the white chili I got very hardy and the red velvet Cheesecake was decadent! No problems, I liked this Cheesecake Factory on all ends!

This place is phenomenal! It was packed but being it was just two of us - we we're able to be seated immediately - which was really nice BUT the two seater tables are right next to eachother & I mean right.next.to.eachother. But that was literally my only complaint!! The waitress, the atmosphere, the food, the restaurant itself, just amazing!!!
