I had a fantastic theater experience! From the clean and comfortable facilities to the attentive staff, everything seems to have come together perfectly to create a truly enjoyable outing. It's always great to see a theater go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.

The theater was clean, and prices were reasonable for a 1pm showing, 36$ for 2 tixs and Pretzel bites a Icee and a Mr Pibbs:)

Been going here since it was open. All but 1 screen is standard. The DDD is with it. Also they are on $8 ticket during happy hour. The staff is always courteous and the popcorn is always fresh.

Decent movie theater, access is a little strange around a corner and into an area that doesn't look like there is anything. Don't give up, it is there with mall access.

Saw The Movie Wish in 3D Tonight And I Must say It Was Pretty Good. My Daughter definitely enjoyed every Bit of it 😁

Theatre is clean, smells wonderful with popcorn at the ready. Employees friendly and greets with a smile. Seats inside are very comfortable. Sound was at perfect decibel level. Great experience.

Drove all the way to Cleveland to see Barbie on the big screen. Was not disappointed. Great theater!

$4 national cinema day, movies. Staff was friendly. Popcorn was fresh, as always. Make sure to ask for popcorn salt from the sales desk! Brought my daughter to see Barbie, hope to Enjoy our movie. 2 lg drinks and lg popcorn $23 for the bundle, with free refills on both.

Pretty amazing. Hands down calmest atmosphere for a theater if you have bad social anxiety like me I highly highly recommend. Also the a list thing is so worth it they don't even charge till the end of the month so before you make your first payment you already know you did the beat thing ever if you're a movie lover ! Best theater between here and Chattanooga and Athens

Love this theater. It's clean, has good prices and promotions, and the associates are friendly. No reclining chairs, but that's not a big deal to me.

I've been coming here since this theater opened, and have had zero bad experiences. There are ample screens, which makes for a good selection of movies at any given time. I'm satisfied by the cleanliness across all aspects of the building. It's a great place to come with friends and family.

Service is good and popcorn is the best! Worked here during summer and saw almost every big release. Great place to work if you like movies, and great place to view movies. Theaters are almost always clean and the theaters are great! I especially love The Big D theater!
