This spot was very clean. My food was served very quick. The employees were very kind good job.

Only McDonald's in Cleveland that has a mocha frappe or the only place that'll actually say their machine isn't tore up and make one..

JUST A BIG FYI FOR MY FELLOW NIGHT OWLS, this location shuts down around 3am to start the breakfast changeover and don't reopen until around 4:30am. BUUUTT, I didn't know this and my order had already gone through and funds taken from account. The 3rd shift employees made my order for me since it had already gone through. They were VERY nice and professional.
THE STORE MANAGER NEEDS TO GIVE THE 3RD SHIFT CREW A RAISE. They went above and beyond, when they didn't have to at all. Once again, THANK YOU TO THE 3RD SHIFT CREW AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Close to the freeway, convenient and usually really quick. The food is usually quick, hot, fresh and really good. The price increase at McDonald's is overpriced!!

Mcd's is highly overrated but the staff definitely play a part in making the experience better ...

I was just learning how to use the McDonald's app and the young man at the counter referred me to his Grandmother who was working the drive thru. She came over and walked me right through the process. They are a great team. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. I hope to eat here again soon.

Great Location Inside The Pilot In McDonald, Tn. The "NEW" Young Man That Was Working The Front Counter Is Just A Doll-So Friendly, Efficient & Professional. Was Such A Joy To Have Him Taking My Order, The Other 2 Guys (1 Being The Mgr & The Other Were There To Help Him With A Survey Receipt I Had & The App. Hang In Their Sweetie & You'll Go Far W/McDonald's( I Like So Many Others Worked @ McDonald's..But Me Not Until My 50's..haha!). Food Was HOT, FRESH & DELICIOUS!! GREAT JOB!

They have frappes available so was a great visit !

Good food. Though a couple was sleeping in their car by the front entrance. Good place.

I came in here 7 minutes before they started serving lunch and tried to order a 10 piece and the cashier said I had to wait but the manager overheard the conversation and made me my 10 piece anyway. Great service here and the manager loves to see you smile. Thank you thank you thank you! I did order fried food so I might not have been so lucky with a burger but it was still very nice!

Did an online order here because I didn't realize the lobby was open (just not for dine in). We were traveling through the night so I was there pretty late. Two ladies were working, and they allowed me to make a customization to my meal after I ordered and paid because they hadn't put my sandwich together yet. They were friendly and I appreciate that they were so helpful.

Not a bad place, by far the best customer service! Praying I spell her name right, Skylar was absolutely wonderful. My daughter thought she was amazing too! I will 100% be back there when we travel here again. The food was delicious, fast, and everything was correct.

We got into a car accident and the police took us to this McDonald’s to sit and wait 3 hours for our ride to come get us. They were very nice and offered to feed us free of charge. The workers are so wonderful and it really helped ease our minds with everything that had happened. There was a gas station attendant that was also very kind. I can’t thank you all enough for giving us a warm, welcoming environment during our time of need. We will never forget you all.

I had a difficulty with the kiosk, and a nice woman named Jennifer took the time to assist me. She was extremely helpful and very happy to assist. 10/10 would go back if Jennifer is there.

The one on the bypass has given me the best service and most accurate orders.good job McDonald's on the bypass in Cleveland tn.they all deserve a pay raise.

Well for the most part the food is always hot unless your order gets to be on the bigger size but that's understandable I really only have one problem with this location and it seems to happen every time and it never really gets resolved to where I'm happy with the minor problem okay it seems like they can never get my order correct and or won't do what it takes to modify or correct my order enough that makes me happy and mind you I only want my order done correctly now I usually order for me,my girlfriend,my cousin, and his girlfriend and I have to walk to get the food and it's kinda far on foot so everyone walking just don't happen alit so you can understand I'm not going to pick thru everyone's food so I don't usually find out the order is wrong until I make it back to where we live so mcdonald's only wants to replace the items I bring back and not the whole order but we're hungry so we eat some of our order and by the time I make it back up there then home again some of the food is cold and some hot with melted ice cream and watered down drink's now I would use a different location but like I said I'm walking so I'm limited to where I go and we all love mcdonald's I don't know if it's just me and our order but this happens just about everytime so what do I do deal with the issue because I enjoy mcdonald's or do I suffer and eat somewhere else I don't know I just wish we could get a complete and flawless order because it's our favorite place to eat but other then that I'm completely satisfied thank you
