I love the Belk location here (Cleveland). The associates are warm and personable, and the store manager is really positive and pleasant. And the SALES! Some items are 75% OFF! Hard to beat that kind of savings! MADNESS, I TELL YOU!

I love the bells in Cleveland. I won't go to the one in Athens. I was met at the door and the man wouldn't leave me alone. Asking me if I needed help. I will ask if I do. So be ask again and I said yes. Hold these clothes while I go to the restroom. He did. But on my way to the restroom I stopped to look at tshirts. He was on me in a second and Saud I thought you were going to the restroom. Well how rude. Don't do that to your customers. I have not been back. I have heard several complaints from others about him. They won't go back either. So I go to the great Cleveland Belks. They are nice and will be glad to help if you need them.

Great selection of items, but more employees are needed. They used to have registers throughout the store (It is a department store) but on this visit there was only one front register with one employee visible in the entire store. The line was quite long and there were several with returns and who were struggling with digital coupon issues. Another employee finally came and opened the other register at this same counter. I’m thankful that this store is still in our mall. It’s the only good place to shop for clothing in town.

I like Belk because it is a warm welcoming place laid out in a fashion for to find what you need. Prices are usually discounted. Clean appealing atmosphere. Go there.

No less than 3 clerks came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. They were extremely friendly as well as helpful. As soon as I chose the merchandise I wanted to purchase, I was literally walked over to the check out where I was rung up immediately.
Going above and beyond for your customers will ensure their loyalty and the high likelihood that we shall return. Way to go, Belk!

My favorite place to shop , you can't beat the quality of their clothes . Their sheets and comforters are the best I've ever bought.

Had a great time at the $5.00charity shopping event early this morning! Received free 5.00 gift card at the door. Everything was on such great sale. Had a VERY nice sales associate Ruby in fragrance dept go above and beyond helping me with wonderful scents! Even placed an order of new Prada soft gift set to be shipped to my home! Belk has a amazing sell going on this weekend.. Got a 150 jacket for 30 dollars .. winter stuff is 80% off then we got a additional 25 dollars off when we applied for the belk card.. pretty awesome when you have big family

I really like this store. It has great selection, good sales and the store is organized and clean. People that work there are friendly and helpful.

Belinda, who is always friendly and helpful, sold me several bow ties and when I had an issue with a belt I purchased that fell apart Robin and her Manager Jamie went over and above to make it right. I have had consistent friendly helpful service at the Cleveland Belk.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Bought my wife a ring at 70 percent discount. Purchased the ten year warranty and sent out for resizing.

It was great..People are so nice and will help u if needed ..So many nice things and great sales ..I got some really nice jeans and tops from there and they were on sale at a great price..the lady helped me find the right size ..❤ Thanks for being so kind ..

Ruby is the best! She is the reason I keep coming back to get my perfume there instead of going elsewhere. Also Aailyah at the Estee Lauder counter she is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable about the products.

The lady ask right away if i needed help .I told her what i was looking for .She showed me some things and was very helpful and made a sale.

Probably the too department store in Cleveland imo. great selection although that has thinned a little in the post covid world that we live in. Lots of great specials Everytime I go In the store. Staff always happy and helpful.
