Eric, Matt and all of the staff at Home Depot are very friendly and helpful! Matt rekeyed 8 locks for us in no time and made no fuss about it! Other folks at Home Depots I've been to have scoffed at re-keying and made it a hassle so it was great that Matt was so happy to help! Eric, (with the kilt), always has treats for our pup and is so friendly and helpful! We really appreciate everyone's good spirit there!

I drove from Knoxville to Cleveland today to pick up a mower . I worked with Martin , Robbie and 2 other gentleman. They had my mowers assembled and running when I arrived . They were very patient and explained the operations to me . They loaded everything up and answered all my questions. I don’t normally do reviews but the service was exceptional with these gentleman !! It made the drive from Knoxville worth it !!!

I've been a Lowe's loyal customer for over 30 years but I'm breaking up with them. They send me mailers with 10% off and more but I never get it. Today online it actually said your code is valid but not in this order. I can not tell you how many times this has happened! Once the coupon said only for in-store purchases so I drove all the way there and guess what. Didn't get that deal either. And recently I price checked and Home Depot is cheaper on everything! So in the last week I've shopped there twice and both times had a very good experience! Easy in and out, fast and friendly check out and everyone willing to help load the heavy stuff for me too. Thank you Home Depot you now have a new customer!

It is always a pleasure to shop at this location. Everyone is every friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and maintained. The prices are very fair and they still offer a " military" discount" even in these very challenging times unlike one of the other major home improvement stores. They even have a very nice person greeting you " with a smile " when you enter the lumber yard entrance. So drive on Home Depot of Cleveland Tn you entire team is like Tony the tiger says ; " GREAT".

Home Depot did a wonderful job getting our fence up in less than one day. The company from Knoxville they contracted to do the work was outstanding. The forman walked around the fence line and gave us an opportunity to let him know if we were not satisfied, which was not an issue.

Primarily only visit the garden center. But it is well stocked, plants in good shape, 9/10 times have what I'm looking for. Employees always polite, quick and friendly

Good service ok prices and the wood was 3 times better than some of the other places I checked in the area. I've never really been a Home Depot fan, but over the last 2 years they have definitely came out on top for me on service, and products.

I would like to brag on Megan, who was working the customer service today. We had a question about a cord for a dryer and she knew exactly where to send us and knew exactly what is was we where looking for. When we went to check out we checked out with her and she took the time to check and see if we got the right one which we didn’t lol. So not only did she tell us that it was the wrong one she went back there and told us to hold on and went and got us the right one. Just wanted to give her the recognition that she deserves as she is making home depot look great!!

If every business had the type of self checkouts like Home Depot has, the world would be a better place. Hands down, they have the best ones out there.

Home Depot is the bomb. A great business. I'm glad they built here in Cleveland always good Quality. Actually I think better quality than their competition. This new guy went above and beyond for me. He had a different kind of name. Wish all their employs was like him.

Wide isles, products laid out well, great customer service, military discount! Lumber section is well organized and labeled well. So much better than Lowes!

It was 30 minutes till closing and everyone was busy with duties.
The employee in appliances helped me find the freezer I was seeking, pick it from the shelf and load it on a cart.
Awesome service in my opinion.
Was back again today 5-13-22 for a water line repair in a mobile home.
Jim was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do the repair correctly with the least amount of time and money spent. If you have to do a similar job go ask for Jim.

Great help in appliances. Home Depot is a better store than any Lowe's they are worth driving the extra mile. Knowledgeable in appliances great guy.

One of the employees in plumbing was very helpful and since he had been a plumber was very helpful in helping me decide what would work best for my problem. Also very nice young lady self checkout. I also go there because they are pet friendly.
