Whistle Express Car Wash

Whistle Express is the best car wash in town! The customer service is beyond excellent! The team is always very friendly. They are very careful and take extreme care with your vehicle. My knee is currently injured and Jamison helped me out a ton by detailing my car for free! He always does such a great job! I love how clean my car is after he is done! Thank you so much Jamison!

Shaun always has a smile on his face and good attitude! He washed my mats for me too! My car looks amazing. Great deal for the $.

I do wish the mat washer was working and wish there were more cleaning products options like tire shine and/or Armorall.

This was the first time I’ve been to this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. Cameron was very helpful in helping me choose the best car wash for me. I will be telling all my family and friends how great it was. I totally recommend this place.

Car wash is great but one particular employee really made it a wonderul experience. Shawn is amazing and has great customer service skills. He continued to stop by my car and help with multiple things. He is definitely a people person and just does an absolutely fantastic job. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will be back. Best car wash in Cleveland!! Super clean, friendly, and a fast experience!! Caleb was very professional and helpful! Definitely recommend for a clean car. The wash on my car came out perfect, my car even looks perfectly clean after driving to Knoxville. Prices are also pretty good too for everything they offer! Also recommend getting the yearly pass! Worth the money!

Colton provided excellent service, something that other car washes can and should strive for! Colton made sure the front end of my car was clean in just one run through while other car washes left filth and bugs after even multiple runs. Great job! Great Service. My truck came out very clean. One of the employees, Caleb, came out and noticed I didn’t have much tire shine on my tires and went out of his way to do it himself! I didn’t even have to ask. GREAT customer service. I snagged a picture for the review.

Omg this place is amazing!!! The woman who greeted me was so friendly and kind. Her smile immediately brightened my day. As I got out to vacuum out my car a young man by the name of Justin came over and asked if he could help me out. He wiped my windows and tires. He did an amazing job! Shawn is absolutely the sweetest. He saw me struggling to clean my floor mats and came by and washed them off and dried them for me. He continued to help the whole time. He has amazing customer service and I hope to see him again when I come back. His kindness has made me a return customer. That man deserves a raise and is a very vital part of your team. He made my experience wonderful.

While washing my vehicle, Colin (works at the car wash) offered to clean my car mats and brought them back to me. He also let me know that he was there to help with anything else. Very courteous! Keep up the good work!!

Jaden did an amazing job. Really detailed and helpful and so friendly. He offered to clean my mats which I didn’t even know was a service they did and my mats haven’t been this clean in so long. They look good as new!

Came here to clean out my car before getting tires down the road. I accidentally purchased a membership and they were quick to help me. If I lived in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to have a monthly membership. The guys here were so nice to dry my car and bring me an air freshener. Rich was beyond helpful today.

Only place I go to for my car wash! I recently got a new car & went to get it cleaned for the first time but my car is much smarter than me & we had some trouble getting it through but Collin was so helpful!! He drove my car through the wash and parked it for me, then made sure my vacuums were up to par! Highly recommend

So, I recently went to this awesome car wash in Cleveland called "Whistle Express". Let me tell you, it was an absolute game changer! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Wilson took great care of me and he paid attention to every little detail. The wash itself was top-notch, leaving my car looking spotless and shiny. They even offered some extra services like tire shine and interior vacuuming, which I took advantage of.
