I buy everything online including my toothpaste and deodorant. Yesterday I was on a time crunch and couldn't wait for delivery. The help and assistance I received from Nina was sooooo worth going in the store for. She helped me once, and then came back a second time after she had some time to think about what I was looking for and came back to give another suggestion!!! I thought I had it I was looking for but after listening to her advice she found me something even better. It's people like this that will bring me back to retail. Thanks!!!

They have beautiful things at this place

Needless to say, after moving into a new home I have spent a lot of money here over the last 6 to 8 months. The manager Chris and the other employees are knowledgeable and helpful, which is more than most places can boast.

Always have a great experience when we go. The staff is super friendly and you can always find something you didn’t know you needed. 🤣

I love the New Home Goods in Cleveland, found a set of King size Hotel Luxury Sheets at a very good price & the Lady working the floor in that area was so Helpful. Great Assest to have someone so kind _ willing to help me the Customer . My new sheets are some of the most comfortable sheets I have ever slept on just brought yesterday Sat 3/20, Oh & again BREAT PRICE!!!

Nice store with lots of variety in home products. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easily found what we needed and then some stuff we didn't know we needed till we found it there too.

What's not to like about it! I bought a huge cloth Christmas bag for my grandson's presents. I love it!
