The only bright side to this sore was David, the store manager. He followed us around the store to make sure we found everything we needed . He saved my friend from choking and then proceeded to pick a splinter from my other friends finger. He even triple bagged are stuff for security purposes. We love you David pookie wookie

Oh my gosh I love this place!!! It’s like the wish app in real life! Grand opening is when we went and it was of course packed, but all the associates were super nice and we even got greeted with a gentleman asking us if we wanted a basket for shopping. Great place to get gifts for the holidays... I could find something for just about everyone on my list too... Plus everything is at great prices and very affordable... A plus in my book... they have some pretty good deals on things that you need and use every day...

I freaking love 5 below!! Tons of stuff for kids and adults!!

I had a great experience at 5 below, the store was very neat and clean. I was having some trouble finding some items but a worker seen that I was having trouble and walked up to me and “said hi I’m david may I help you” and I said yes I needed help finding the items I was looking for and he found my items very fast. Great staff members love the store will definitely come back. Thank you 5 below you guys ROCK!!

The staff has always been friendly. And it's a you get what you pay for level of merchandise. Great place to take the kids to get a cheap treat too.

David is awesome! I never leave reviews, but it's hard to pass up an opportunity to brag on someone like this. He kept me laughing the whole time, helped me find all the Pokémon things my son would want, offering to climb to the top of the shelves for anything I needed because I'm a solid 2 ft tall and hella pregnant. They had freebies up front and he made sure I got one for each of my kids. His customer service is exactly what more stores need. It was nice to be treated like a customer and not an inconvenience. I'll definitely be back time and time again. This will be my stop for all the pokemon cards going forward. Thanks for brightening my day!

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at not just because it has items for cheap but also has great employees, while I was shopping I approached an employee named David he was very polite and helped me get all the items that I needed in under 3 minutes, David also ran to the back to get an item that I needed, the store was also very clean and so where the bathrooms everything in the store was clean and organized I will most definitely be shopping here way more often.

David is AWESOME!!! I will probably never go back to the Hamilton Place Five Below after my AMAZING experience with the Cleveland store. I had placed an online order right at 5 am for in store pick up at Hamilton Place for the halloween squishmallow drop this month, and had a confirmation number and everything. When I called the next day before I made the drive to Hamilton Place to see if my order was there, the manager said that online orders were and I quote “not a priority” and that it was “first come first serve”- yet I had already bought them at 5 am? She then said that in store customers get “dibs” before anyone else, and that they only got 2 boxes therefore could only fill 2 online orders and never got to mine (even though my order was placed at 5:05 a.m.). I even stopped by in person to see if I could find any still misplaced around the store, and did end up finding 3 but none that I had ordered. I talked to the manager in person when she told me “online orders and in store pickup ISN’T even a thing i’m not sure why the website gives that option” which I know is un-true as I have worked at Five Below before myself. I then decided to call the Cleveland store and explained my situation to David, who amazingly told me they had 10 boxes in and even called his superior to make sure he could hold 2 specific squishmallows for me since I had already ordered them online. He called me back not even 10 minutes later telling me to come on down and that they’d have them there for me! I ended up getting all but one from my order as they were out of the red devil but I was so ecstatic!!!! David literally made my entire October better and he deserves a promotion in my opinion! Even in person he was so helpful and nice, and explained that the Hamilton Place manager gave me a lot of incorrect information. He restored my faith in Five Below for sure!! I will be shopping at this one from now on, even though it is an hour from my house. Even the new Five Below in Hixson gave me misleading information when I asked about the squish drop the week before and an employee said “what is that”… (otherwise I would’ve gone to the one 10 minutes from my house in Hixson in the first place)… so Thank you David!! I appreciate the work you put in at Five Below for sure!

They have some pretty fabulous products for $5. I'm able to purchase headphones, earpods, art supplies, and electronic gadgets for my youth group as prizes without breaking the budget! Definitely worth stopping by.

When I Came Out A Male Worker Said "Mam We're Closed 🤣 & I Said 😞 But Ur Restroom Had No Toilet Paper So I Used Paper Towels 😲 He Said Oh No It Will Stop Up Our Toilet & I Replied I Did Not Put It In The Toilet, I Put Them In The Garbage Can So Ur Garbage May B Extra Stinky" 😄😅😂🤣

We shop here for value pricing on basketballs, dog beds, and fun kids items. The store stocks a large variety of items from tee shirts, workout clothing and yoga items all the way through make up and small furnishings. There are also seasonal items. This store is not located inside Bradley Mall but is in a strip mall and part of the mall property. It's housed near Pet Smart and other value shops. Fun store and always clean. Good sized, tidy bathrooms, too.

Awesome stuff there are T=shirts and all kinds of nick nacks , toys , candy, you name it. I think its a great place for shopping for kids and allowances and to spend that hard erned kid money for good grades and well kids need that time , it teaches math , i mean how can go wrong 😀 😉 😄

Wasn't there was at pet smarts ..but It was exactly the place that I needed to be.. had and has everything for your pets I found everything one stop shopping Thank you so much for your kindness. The gentleman that waited on me behind the counter was very kind and friendly..

I really enjoyed my visit to 5 below! They had all of their products stocked. I thought I'd does and gone to heaven, when I saw their vast array of candy they have!!!

I was surprised to find they actually have good products for their low prices! Love my denim woven rug. I've never seen a rug like it.
