Excelente iglesia Bautista

This isn't a good ole southern baptist church. It's a fundamentalist, narrow-minded, judgemental, non-inclusive church. Not very diverse racially or culturally and it's semi-misogynistic. Their definition of helping the community is proselytizing door to door and an occasional food drive. Hungry and homeless people stay hungry and homeless no matter how much you proselytize. Friendly at first but if the pastor and some (but not all) of it's members fail at brain washing you after time goes on they have no use for you. If you're unable to tithe they have no use for you. They bribe children with candy to read scriptures. Once the pastor even put his own daughter down in front of the Sunday congregation because she didn't dress her son to the pastor's standards. A brave lady put him in his place by reminding him "She's doing the best she can.". More of a Hell-fire damn church instead of the loving Jesus and his teachings church I was hoping for. I could go on with a long list of bad experiences. I hope this brief review will encourage people looking for a positive spiritual experience to look elsewhere.
