Don’t rent trucks from here. When we picked the truck, it had a lock and it was full of garbage. We had to retrieve the trash and help detach the cargo from the truck. In addition, the truck was in poor condition. It needed alignment, the cruise control didn’t work, and we could not charge the phone either because the charger was broken. On top of that, I was told that I will get refund insurance from the days I did not use the truck. When I requested the refund, the person who worked on my contract lied sharing that she never said so. When I called customer service, they were rude and didn’t care about us being in danger for driving a truck in bad condition.
Don’t rent from here if you value your life.
