Haywood county Farm Bureau has been a tremendous asset to our family and my small Local Business USA Golf Carts of WNC. They saved us allot of money with more coverage on Life Insurance. We currently do our Automotive insurance for both our family and our small business with great rates and quick reliable service.

Overall very good Wayne was good at his job the receptionists are nice and there is a bathroom a little bit pricey on there insurance though

With new drivers like myself I didn't know nor was I warned that you have to turn in the vehicle tag on the vehicle you are cancelling the insurance on before actually cancelling the insurance even after you sell it even if the vehicle isn't being driven. I have to pay over $100 in fees because my insurance company farm buero (this company) didn't tell me and when I asked them about why they didn't tell me it was oh so sorry I can't help you even with the proof they had where I cancelled it and they admitted to failing to tell me. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Oh and I can't get my vehicles renewed until I pay theses fines. So 200$ down the drain. You would think being a "professional " business they would make sure to tell everyone they insure that before they make this mistake.
