While visiting in Waynesville, we realized we had to print, scan, and email a document.
Becca was sooo extremely nice and a tremendous help to us with navigating our iPhones. We did not get to say goodbye as she went on a lunch break, but she is a great asset to the store and we so appreciate all the help and time she spent with us 😊

I come to this place several times a month. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin took time with me to find the perfect printer and make sure I had all i needed and carried the large item for me. Once purchased Zack carried and loaded it safely in my car. I love all the staff here and they answer all my questions with a smiling face. Love the keep up with the technology and trends for the fast paced world.. See ya soon!!!

We recycle your ink and toner and give you rewards dollars! We also offer square trade on products you don't want to have to replace because something happened and now it's broken- Square Trade replaces your item FREE! WE offer tech support , deals in copy print and a friendship where you can trust we care about your needs. To be honest , I hate retail , I hate shopping and I really don't feel comfortable with people . I have disabilities and Staples goes out of their way to care about me and I see my boss go out of her way to care about ALL OF HER STAFF AND CUSTOMERS🙄 Staples is a home environment for office places where we try to keep up with you, And we may not always land on perfect but we do try our best for you and our GM because that is what staples is about - finding solutions and making sure you have what you need. And please , if you look on line at our store , please do type in any off the way thing you can think of because staples on line is jam packed with things not in store! We offer free shipping anywhere on most plausible items to our members , which believe it or not is still a very wide variety of things - I've even found medical braces in out on line inventory! It's insane what you can find in staples on line -Also just to let y'all know we price match not only other stores but we price match our online too and another tid-bit of info .. our management usually honors expired staples coupons and rewards - they understand and totally just want you to be happy 😄❤👍

The staff's willingness to help is why I keep returning here.

There's a big box electronics chain near the local Walmart I often check-in with for purchases, but their phone tree and staff is - to put it mildly - unhelpful. So I wind up back at this Staples - again and again.

The difference is service. The other chains could learn a thing or two when it comes to customer experience.

Best Office Supply and printing house in NC west of Asheville (maybe even the whole state)! We use their printing a lot and they make sure we are happy with the prints. We had a great banner made there at a very reasonable price. We also buy ink cartridges and other supplies. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Store is extremely clean and organized. Jack in The Print & Copy Center is amazing. Did an exceptional job making some laminated items for my business. Thank you!

As an employee of the Waynesville Staples, I'd like to set something straight. When you enter the phrase "notary near me" into Yelp & Staples pops up, we, at Staples, do not have a notary on staff. We do have the ability to have notary stamps made & notary log books.

Even thou their prices are higher than Walmart at least they usually have whatever I'm looking for and it's in stock. Get all my print/copy needs here. UPS location also - very convenient! Staff is always very helpful!

Staples has a matching price policy, even with Amazon. They have a good selection of things I use. Printer ink is one of them

Staff is very helpful. I can usually find what I need here. The prices are good based on the market. I can buy here without having to look on Amazon for every item.
