Lower Creek Family Dentistry

I had my first visit at Lower Creek Family Dentistry and left with a very positive experience. My teeth cleaning conducted by Katie was exceptional. Katie always made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning process. Both the doctor and Katie were very friendly and professional to include the front office staff who were very kind and courteous during my first visit. I highly recommend Lower Creek. First visit and everyone made me feel as if they were really happy to have me there. They were professional but still made me feel welcome and I know they are as dedicated to keeping my teeth healthy as I am. Glad to have found this practice--it's taken me a while!

This was my first time there. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. The hygienist, Renee, was most likely the best I've ever had. Very good experience.

I cannot recommend this office enough! First thing I should say is that I’m not exactly an “ easy” patient to deal with. Idk why but I freak out inside at the dentist. I cannot help it. Its so bad that I can’t sleep for days before an appointment. And once I get there, tears just start. Not like sobbing and hyperventilating or anything, just shaking and quiet crying. It’s humiliating and I hate it but I just can’t control it. Nothing else affects me like that! It’s awful. I don’t make a big scene or make crazy noises or anything but still…..I know it makes their job a bit more difficult and take longer. That said, I’ve had other dentists/dental offices treat me like nothing more than an inconvenience or a “problem” or like I’m a weirdo, but everyone at this office treated me like I was a real person that was just having a tough moment. It was such a relief. Unexpected, but so nice.
Everyone from the woman i spoke to on the phone that made the appointment to the dental tech and the doctor were honestly awesome. Seriously. They were very understanding and kind and patient. And they genuinely seem to care. It wasn’t like they were faking their kindness or just putting up with me. I was treated like a human being. On top of all of that the dentist was super gentle and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My visit to Lower Creek Dental was great. My assistant was the greatest I have had in a long time. The dentist himself was wonderful. Things were explained and shown to me for my understanding ✨

I'm someone who has always hated getting any dental work done. The staff at Lower Creek Family Dentistry manage to make dental work as painless as possible, and they do a great job of it. Very satisfied with them.

Great staff, Love Dr Coryell and his assistant they both did a great job on my temporary crown. Not a lot pain involved can't wait to get finished up and move on to other issues.. the office is really cute and very clean and the ladies at the front desk are awesome..

I was a walk in that had a bad toothache. I , basically< was going in to have it pulled(tooth had been bad for a while). . They gave me the paper work and asked if I had any surgeries lately, I said "no, but I have one scheduled very soon. They professionally told me that that would probably cause a delay in the surgery , and they were right. They gave a referral and were overly helpful dealing with the whole situation. I appreciate it very much and look forward to using them in the future. their care level was outstanding.

I needed to find a dentist quickly due to upcoming open heart surgery (a prerequisite) and went to Lower Creek Dentistry to have the work done that was needed.
Understanding the urgency of my situation, the entire staff showed great concern for me. From the moment I checked in I found everyone there to be friendly, caring, and very professional. Their sense of humor put me at ease.
They worked me in quickly and were knowledgeable about my insurance. They are very good communicators and explained everything clearly. No unexpected surprises. The dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure, which was done with excellence.
I will refer Lower Creek for anyone seeking great dental care.

I haven't been to the dentist in probably 15 years and I have super bad dentist phobia but everyone was so nice and so welcoming. They didn't shame me at all and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole visit. I am thankful to have found them! Highly recommended!

Catie was very professional with removing my temporary crown and adjusting the permanent one to fit comfortably. Overall the experience with Dr. Coryell and his staff has been a good one and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I had a good fit with the crown. Thank you!!

The best cleaning, the nicest staff, excellent first check up by Dr. Coryell. I travelled 55 minutes and it was worth it.

This office provided the best experience I've ever had with a Dentist office. From the initial phone call to walking out, they are 100% kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and really take their time to ensure your are comfortable. They do everything they can to show you up front what the bill is expected to be and walk you through what they'll be doing.

First time going to a dentist in nearly 10 years. They brought me in as a new patient, explained everything they were going to do, and discussed associated costs considering insurance. I found everyone there, from the young lady that took my X-rays, the hygienist, the dentist and even the ladies in the office, to be very personable and professional! I really appreciated how gentle the hygienist was working on my teeth. They made the whole experience a very pleasant one!

Best Dentist office in Lenoir. I was in terrible pain and not only did they see me the same day, they went above and beyond to get me an appointment with the endodontics office the same day as well.
