I'm very happy with the service and products I've received from Clay over the years. It feels very personalized, and he definitely looked for ways to save me money while providing solid coverage.

I came to Clay Dangerfield's office recently to have an insurance review with Daniel Moore. This man greatly impressed me with his knowledge of the State Farm products. He went over each of my policies, answered all my questions and made an excellent suggestion on a life insurance policy that I don't have. All in all I left Daniel's office knowing a lot more about my insurance coverage than I did before I got there.
Then a few days later I phoned Clay's office to give Daniel the answer to a question he said I could think about. Maegan Sorrells answered the phone and when I asked to speak with Daniel, she politely replied that he was at the Waynesville office. When I asked if I could leave a message on his voice mail, she asked if she could help me with whatever I needed. I said, "sure" and shared with her the answer to the question Daniel had asked me the last time I saw him. Maegan kindly replied, "Mr. Decker I can do that for you." So she & I went over the information and in just a few minutes I was satisfied with everything. I told her, "thank you" and again I went away from one of Clay's people with peace knowing that the matter I wanted to go over was completely taken care of.

I appreciated the cal and the thorough review of my current policies. Clay provided information and guidance without a hard sales pitch. I am armed with information and will be able to make a decision that works best for me. Thank you, Clay!!

A rock flew from a truck into our automobile windshield. I contacted Maddie Starnes at State Farm and told her about it. She immediately arranged for the windshield to be replaced. The company replacing the windshield came in a timely manner and completed the replacement.
