I truly appreciated his ability to consider my needs and my budget. This was not a pressured sale at all and they give you much time to make a decision. They also help with decision making if you become indecisive. I value a friendly and professional experience and Chase delivered. I will surely shop with this company again.

He was knowledgeable, direct, and cordial. Chase was personable and never avoided my repeated calls during the lengthy time period between my initial purchase and when I could take delivery (my move-in was 30 days out). Highly recommend to seek Chase out in Morrisville if you are looking to spend a considerable amount of money on a quality mattress that should last you for a decade + and do not want to deal with a subpar sales rep who you want to pulverize within 30 seconds of them opening their mouths and speaking; He made my experience satisfying and I appreciate that!

WOW My wife needed a softer mattress. They were rated fairly high and now we know why. We were greeted like people not just customers. We were shown exactly what we were looking for, no steering or misdirection. We were satisfied with our choice yet invited to check them all. Our base at home was not working. Instead of selling us a $1500 one, he recommended a few troubleshooting tips. When I got back home I was able to get ours to work. Treated us like family and you just can’t get better than that. Well done.

My wife and I visited Mattress Firm in Morrisville, NC and bought a. Sealy Sterns and Foster medium firm mattress with a pillow top for our home in FL. Just what we were looking for and at a sale price. The saleswoman, Kiara, was very knowledgeable about the difference accessories (sheets and pillows).

We arranged for delivery from a FL location to our home and look forward to receiving it when we arrive there.

The salesman was knowledgeable and answered all questions promptly. We had a mattress in mind and he told us of other options that might feel firmer or more plush.
We purchased a mattress, box springs and mattress protector and will have delivery later this week.
