Lee Pennell helped me and my wife purchase a home in January of this year and I only have great things to say about the service he provided. He was always available to answer any questions I had regarding the process and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. Buying a home is a stressful endeavor so I especially appreciated his calm and positive energy. I would 100% recommend Lee to anyone buying or selling a property.

Lee helped me sell my house this past June (2022). From the first minute he was prepared and ready. He was always available ( I can only think of maybe 2 or 3 times I called and he didn't answer). He always called back within a few minutes. I have never sold a house before and he made sure the process was as smooth as possible.

My husband & I had the pleasure of partnering with Brenda to sell our home the summer of 2016. We had to move before selling so knowing Brenda was working with us made the whole process easier. She was professional, hardworking & incredibly knowledgeable throughout the time our house was on the market. I just purchased my first home, and Scott Ashcarft was my realtor. He was super personable, knowledgeable, and patient. After asking us what we wanted in our first home, he was able to show us several properties which ultimately led to the perfect first home for us. I couldn't recommend him enough!! If you are looking for a home in and around New Hanover county, Scott is your guy! We certainly could imagine going with anyone else. If we ever decide to sell, we will certainly be working with Scott.
