I was seeking a gift for my girlfriend. Tawni was able to provide fantastic advice and kind service. My daughter was an unruly brat, and Tawni was very accommodating.

Samantha was fantastic. She helped me order the perfect gift for my niece's birthday. I couldn't be happier with the necklace she found me! She really went above and beyond to help me find just the right thing for the occasion. My niece is going to adore it! I will go back to Sam for all of my future jewelry needs.

I walked into Kay's at Jordan Landing in South Jordan, UT looking to buy and install a battery for my watch. I was good to go inside of 15 minutes at a good price. Whit, the manager, was personable and friendly. I left the store as a happy customer.

Just went in just to see if they could fix my promise ring my husband bought for me when we first started dating and ended up UPGRADING my wedding ring. The staff were UNBELIEVABLE!!! One of the best experiences I’ve had, they were so sociable and very helpful. I’ve never been told I had to get a more EXPENSIVE ring before lol but my ring was more than the first upgrade I wanted so I went with a stunning Neil Lane diamond and I couldn’t be happier. We came in and no one in the store and all of a sudden BOOM! Everyone decided to come in and the two employees that were working today on NYE handled everything so professionally and smoothly. They are the real MVPS.

I was in your Jordan Labding location over the weekend and Sanantha was amazing. We were looking for additional bands to go with my wedding ring for our anniversary and she was so helpful and patient. Thanks to her, we found just the right thing. We will be back for future occasions.

It was my first time here. I came to get my new watch resized and Lisa and Taylor welcomed me with open arms! They did the adjustment and got me out in less than 15 minutes! My watch now fits amazingly!!! 10/10 affordable service compared to other local shops that charge based on brand. I will be coming back with the next watch 🙏🏼

Recently I took my Swiss Army watch to have the battery replaced at a business the shall remain nameless. Unfortunately they were able to take the back of the watch off, but were unable to put the back of the watch back on. As compensation, they gave me the new battery they were going to put in watch. I don’t need to say that without a secure back, the watch is not very useful. Fortunately with the battery in the watch, it did still function.

Fortunately, after purchasing a very good milkshake from a business which also shall remain nameless, I took a different route home. I saw there was a Kay Jewelers at Jordan Landing. I went home to get my watch to see if they could reattach the back of watch.

Good fortune struck again when I walked in, and met an incredibly nice individual named Wick (that is most likely spelled incorrectly), and his sidekick Zach who was hard at work.

Wick gave me incredible analysis of my particular watch, and how the backs can get bowed if someone attempts to reattach them incorrectly. Wick worked tirelessly on getting the back of my watch put back on, relying on an unusual method not generally known. Wick, miraculously got the back of my watch securely fastened, and Zach spoke up (still hard at work) that he heard a click, meaning the back was secured. I have to say, extremely excellent work by Wick. Especially since it looked to me there may have been some metal damage to the mating surfaces. My qualifications having worked on the manufacturing side in the aerospace industry. I can pretty much say for certainty, that the vast majority of other individuals doing this type of work would have given up long beforehand.

In closing I would just like to say that Wick is a great individual all around. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and extremely focused. If I were to ever need to purchase jewellery, or need expertise on watch/jewellery repair, Wick is the man to see. I hope the Kay Jewelers home office know what an outstanding employee they have in Wick.
