I haven't been here for several years. Iwas very impressed with how organized the store was and how nice the employees were. They have a good selection. This is a greatly improved store with decent prices.

Really good clothes and brand names at discounted prices. Kohl's cash and coupons are easy to find on internet or at the cash registers even.

Best and closest place to return Amazon products. They also offer 5 to 15% off many items. Excellent place to shop while returning other things.

Love this location! They have very nice employees who are helpful and happy. I enjoy shopping and they also have an Amazon return drop off inside the store that makes it so easy to return Amazon products. Clean and well kept.

Ealisa was incredibly kind and so wonderful. Very sweet and helpful, there were some issues with the transaction and she had to re-ring the items three times. She didn't show any annoyance, was very patient, and made me feel like I wasn't a burden. Kindness goes a long way, especially in times like these! Thank you for all your hard work, Ealisa!!

Ran into the friendliest associate in the sho department. It was after 7. My son finally picked a pair of tennis shoes, however there was only one. She stopped what she was doing to find the missing shoe. I thank her for her time.

This Kohl's was usually my second choice, even though it's on the way to everything I do on Saturday. I was impressed today with how neat and clean the store was. It also had good selections. The cashier was nice, he did a price check for me, then when I came up to purchase, he seemed to really care that I had to wait in line. It's not his fault everybody leaves at the same time. I see great improvement at this location, and I appreciate it!

Great customer service! I had an issue with an Amazon order I returned here, and Debbie came and explained their return process and what is required (confirmation numbers, Kohl's numbers, etc.) and said she'll do her research to resolve the issue for me. She resolved the issue in a few days and I was able to get my refund from Amazon. I greatly appreciate her valuing me as a customer and the above and beyond effort she gave me. I'll definitely continue shopping Kohl's and I feel rest assured that I can continue to use this Kohl's for Amazon returns.

I do love that this store offers assistance with Amazon returns, very helpful! I'd like to tell consumers to "be kind" to the work staff, they're paid very little at $10 hourly! No idea how they get by in life, love out to them all:)

Kohl's is a great store to find items that are not repetitive in nature. They have unique designs and sometimes you can find really great values. Some are expensive but if you look around the deals are there. The environment is nice and clean and customer service has been ample when I have needed it.

I'm appalled that it's only November and they're already playing Christmas music. I was getting ready to leave after tolerating it for so long but all of a sudden they started playing one of Abba's new songs that recently came out (not a Christmas song at all). I was so shocked. I've never heard it played anywhere before except for online. It instantly put me in a good mood. I had to stay for the whole song before I left. More music like this please! And please keep the holiday music in the appropriate months.

No complaints, their service is always great and their sales can't be beat. It can be hard to shop for our four kids but Kohl's makes it simple and much more affordable. Their customer service is top notch and it's even better now that Amazon returns can be made there.
