AT&T Store

went in for a new phone and plan and left happy thanks to carolina she was very nice and helped us with all questions and concerns. made the decision making much easier and we got exactly what we were looking for. definitely will be coming back to this location for any more help i need. she even helped us a ton on the phone before we came in and gave us pricing and a rundown of the process in a timely manner and made everything make so much sense, this is our first time getting new phones and phone plans so having someone so helpful was really nice!

Great and quick service. Got what I needed and helped me set up my new phone for a great price. The phone itself is great and i can easily afford it. I'd happily come back for my next phone upgrade.

Carolina is amazing!! We went because my wife had a problem on her phone, she gave us the best deal. I got a new phone, she helped us to transfer everything phone to phone, she helped me to restart a password for my ring app, nobody could help me to do that before.

Ofelia came up to Me directly, we had a great conversation and we moved through my upgrade process extremely quickly. Other times I've been in other stores it has taken me like almost hours to upgrade. She got me in and out withing 20 minutes and I really appreciate that because I'm a business owner and have little time for stuff like that. If I could rate her 1-10 I would put down a 20. Angel was right at the door ready to help us out when I walked in with my broken phone. He was able to help me with my upgrade and we were in and out of the store within 15-20 minutes. He even stayed after his shift to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service was phenomenal!!!

We have been AT&T customers for approximately 18 months. We got tired of Verizon not caring about us as customers. Within that time I’ve had three customer service opportunities. Over the weekend my phone was starting to act unusual, and I kept getting an on screen message saying “no SIM available”. My phone would work most of the time, but it did not maintain the data position rather kept reverting and looking for a network. I took my phone in to the local AT&T, where I was properly greeted and assisted by Ophelia. I describe the situation to her, and immediately she said, have a seat, I can fix that, and I will be right back. Within 15 minutes, Ophelia had isolated, identified And fixed my situation with a new Sim card. This is why we came over to AT&T. I’m so grateful that they are in our neighborhood and Ophelia was there to promptly assist me after identifying what they need was. This is why we came to AT&T. Our customer experience was perfect .
