I use to love coming to this store, but I had an bad experience. It was awhile ago, at the plaza. The young girl and older lady made me feel like I wasn't worth going in to their store. They were having a sale going on and as I went in right behind a another person, the young girl let her spin the wheel, but didn't even ask me if I wanted to spin the wheel, I brushed it off. So as I looked around NOBODY ASK ME FOR HELP, NO HI OR NOTHING, BUTTTTTT SURE DID ASK THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM SPIN THE WHEEL WHEN THEY WERE BEHIND ME.

I received my order and it was missing a dress, have yet to get a response regarding this matter, I have emailed several times and tried calling the phone number but with no success. They didn't have any delay in charging my card for the item but very delayed in responding to not sending the item. I'm getting angrier by the day and will report them to better business bureau and Pinterest if this is not resolved shortly.

Ordered online a week ago, website said 2-4 days pick up at store and they would email when ready, I called she said that information is wrong on the website, it would be 2 plus weeks, a simple email or call would have been nice, terrible customer service, no apology or anything, just rushed me off the phone and I spent a ton
