Store is so clean and staff so friendly

I had a great experience at Belk in kinston! The customer service was the best I’ve had. The lady at the front greeted us as we walked in the door and then Jeffery helped us find everything we needed. He also knew we were in a rush so he told my brother he could go ahead and change in the fitting room. Definitely will be back!

I met my niece there to get raffle tickets for her grandkids.. them girls know how to smile that you can get your wallet at the same time. Nieces everybody ought to have two or three.. this one is 3 months older than I am, she's a wonderful person though she loves God so we're on the one Accord there..

Grabbed a whole outfit including shoes and earrings for less than $50 😳 and it all matched terrificly! Good on Belk, and my purse!

My experience is always good. Clothing organized visually so easy to find.
A huge difference within last year or so,,since new Management has enough sales staff so the wait to get assistance is basically nil.

Great customer service, but their night gown selection was almost zero!!! I don't know if this is a temporary out of stock issue, but don't go their if you are in need of a night gown!!!
