Caroline at ideal image was amazing! I saw her for all 8 of my treatments. She is super attentive, very helpful in addressing my concerns, and always made sure to check on my results to see if I was satisfied with my treatments. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful with scheduling and rescheduling as needed. I would definitely go here again for laser hair removal treatments!

The front desk girl Nicole was amazing so helpful and friendly, 5 stars for her alone, but then the staff in the back was also great! I’ll be honest when I say I had no idea what I signed up for, but the nurses there were beyond great, they answered every question and explained everything that they were doing which made the process a whole lot easier. This is the Ideal Image I’d recommend for everyone.

First experience was as very pleasant the ladies are all really sweet, helpful and informative. The laser removal process wasn't as bad as I would have thought. my leaser removal specialist Theresa was amazing she made the experience more relaxing and worked with me to ensure I was comfortable. Don't let the idea it is painful deter you. I laughed thought my entire procedure

I've had Amanda for the majority of my appointments at Ideal Image, and she is absolutely terrific! Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she also respects personal boundaries, which makes all the difference in ensuring a comfortable experience. Amanda is very thorough and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain procedures and answer any questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional yet personal care experience. Five stars!

I really enjoy this office for my laser hair removal. They are convenient, have parking, are responsive, have accessible appointments on weekends, and have amazing staff. Emily was my nurse and she was efficient and kind. She used the ice pack after lasering and it helped so much with the sting.

The staff was very accommodating, qualified and skilled. They understood my goals and made me at ease with the procedure that I had performed. I highly recommend this medical spa!

I had the best experience receiving Botox with the medical provider Angela, she was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. The treatment was fast and I can already see a difference! I can't wait to come back and maintain my results.

Update: Teresa did an excellent job! She has done my Laser treatments in the past. But today she did Xeomin. I was a little nervous going in since it was my first time. She did an amazing job at explaining everything. She helped me feel calm! She was just what I needed for this treatment!

Everyone is very well trained and the Greenville location is honestly SO clean. Absolutely nothing negative to say! I could tell a difference after the very first appointment and I cannot wait for the final results!! If you have been thinking about LHR, just do it, you will not be disappointed!!

Very on time! Professional and courteous. Love the staff presence, willingness to help and cleanliness of the treatment rooms. Great location too! You can get your treatment and walk right next door for a mani pedi AND food! All around wins!
