Took my son for a suit! Service top of the line! Helped pick out entire outfit made sure all sizes were correct and appropriate for him. I will be back whenever he needs something to wear

My dad needed a button down dress shirt for a wedding, last minute. This was the best place! Our salesman was amazing!! Found what size my dad needed. We were in and out of the store in minutes. Shirts were a little pricey, but still worth it!

I'm a professional Santa and I visited today to get a last minute replacement white dress shirt for my suit. I also wanted to get a couple of casual button down shirts and a pair of slacks, but I was working on a very specific limited budget.

William greeted me at the door, listened to what I needed and then helped me navigate through the store to put the best options in front of me. I ended up going over budget but only slightly, and I am super happy about the purchases I made.

Mad props to William for providing Customer Service that approaches the best I've ever seen. He listened first, was friendly throughout, was enormously patient with me when I was being indecisive, wrote my name on the fitting room door, and kept things personal, friendly, helpful, and professional the whole time. DXL, your lucky to have him!

Immaculate store and helpful staff. They are super expensive so if you're looking for something on a smaller budget like myself, you're gonna need to find some place else.

A very good store for big and tall men! We had bought a very nice belt for my husband and it had broken due to defect. The store manager was very nice and replaced the belt no problem. Thank you for your willingness to help us!

Then gentleman who helped me pick out a suite did an excellent job. Had a great eye for size and fit. I felt like he made all the difference.

Awesome people, great help. I tore a pair of pants at an early meeting and they saved me from having to drive all the way home then back to work, just to change pants. I was in and out in give minutes with new threads and ready to get back to work. No time lost. As a big man it's nice to be able to walk in tell someone what you need and know they will have your size every time. 5 stars

For big guys who want to up their style game, this is great place to start. Customer service is on point, as I am always greet with a handshake when walking in. For the person who said they don't want someone hovering over you, go to a big department store. Customer service is the point for specialize shops like this. I agree they have somewhat a "limited" selection, but they still have more than I've ever needed. I do wish there was not as much "athletic" stuff or printed t-shirts and more staple pieces of stylish menswear, but they have plenty. Prices are a little higher compared to some department stores, but you're paying for stylish quality, which is acceptable when you're just about the only game in town for big guys. Great place!

I went to DXL yesterday, 17 October 2020. I am moving to a new position at work and as such was in need of a completely new wardrobe of business casual/professional attire. The store was pretty empty because of the Clemson game and the manager basically acted as a personal fashion consultant for the half hour I was there. He got my sizes and then walked around the store finding items that best fit what I was looking for. I walked in planning to spend around $500 and ended up leaving with about $750 worth of Shirts, shoes, socks and a belt. I’ll be back in the next month for more items. In the past I had usually focused on buying cheap clothes at Walmart or wherever I could find them, but the clothes at DXL fit much better, are of much better quality and the staff is very helpful.

If you are having a hard time finding properly fitting clothes at regular stores you should try DXL. There is a huge difference in comfortability and usage when you have clothes that are actually made for your size. The first items I ever bought at DXL In the past were socks. The socks are great. Having huge feet means that you grow up with socks that are way too small and the fit is just different when you get a proper pair. Getting a good pair of socks and shoes big enough and wide enough to fit right is life changing, especially when working on your feet all day.

Nice people, they have a good selection of big and tall clothes. The house brand Harbor Bay has been a good. They wear nicely and tend not to wrinkle too much.
