Stopped into Friendship Cafe and Bakery for lunch in Fox Point. If you're not familiar with them, they are an organization that teach people with special needs how to be independent through job, baking, and work skills training. The staff are so friendly. I highly recommend the Caprese Sandwich served with kettle chips or the Margarita flat bread pizza. You may also want to try the caramel cream with whipped cream. Please leave a generous tip for this worthwhile organization and read up on their mission and wish list.

Much fewer empty store fronts than other strip malls in the area. I am happy to see it is still thriving. But, I still miss Brown Port Bowling Alley.
