Everyone was super nice and on top of it they worked with me about price. Antony was AMAZING! Definitely my go to guy now. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealer ship let alone a brand new one but he made the experience great! I had a question about a spot on the blazer when I got it home he had me come back so he could look at it and took care of it even filled my car up with gas!

Brenda was great and made the super easy! One thing I don’t like about dealerships is haggling and hours it takes. She worked deal with Luis. I was in a new truck and best deal from 3 dealerships. Very happy and I will definitely be back!!

You've got to go see Patrick at Hendrick Chevy of Cary! He was a tremendous help in my search for a used car after my previous car was totaled. He was the anti-typical car salesman in that he listened first to what I needed and then was patient as I test-drove on multiple occasions, asking lots of questions along the way. The end result was a great price on one of their used vehicles that I felt completely confident in purchasing. I also had a great experience with Harvey who walked me through all of the necessary paperwork for financing it and getting me the best warranty coverage while keeping my monthly payment in my set budget. Nothing beats the smile I had while driving off the lot!

We bought our 2022 Tahoe Z71 from Hendrick a couple years back and recently decided it was more vehicle and more payment than what we wanted in our life. The 2024 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss might be just as much vehicle as the Tahoe, but the team at Hendrick was fair on trade-in value for the Tahoe, helping us lower our monthly payment overall (with a small sum down).

Went to Hendrick Chevy to look at a used Tesla Model 3 performance. Andre was the salesman that worked with me on this purchase . He has a very calm no pressure sales approach and that goes along way with me . Also 1 tire needed to be replaced and I was told they were going to replace that tire. They did not replace that one tire , to my surprise they replaced all four tires !
The 4 new tires and Andre easy to work with sealed the deal for me .

We have worked with Trevor for years and this time he exceeded himself. He assisted with the sale of my truck and the purchase of a car. This was a peculiar situation as each time we sent a car for him to check into it was sold. Through the 2 weeks this went on his communication responses were swift and he did thorough checks into each and every car and provided feedback and guidance. Just purchased my second Suburban from Hendrick - Cary as I'd had a great experience with my first purchase from them. This time, I worked with Nick Divone and he made the transaction as seamless as possible.  Part of my goal in my purchase this go-round was to do most of it remotely and dedicate the least amount of hours possible in the "search" (though this may be counter-intuitive to some). Nick was completely on-board with that, so this was a huge "win" in my book.  For me, time is money and he respected that request. I only traveled to the dealership for pick-up, and avoided the inevitable "hurry up and wait" that occurs most often during a vehicle purchase. So, many thanks to Nick and the gentleman in Finance who likewise got me "in and out." I can't think of one thing that could have been done differently yesterday to have made my experience better.
