You can spend hours in here and not see everything! Nostalgia galore with the coolest new stuff. Very clean, the staff is amazing, highly recommend, you won’t regret it.

A fun Fastatic place to go! There are plenty of gifts for all ages. They have educational toys, and books. Everything is organized by section/ theme and a fun bathroom! They wrap gifts, everything you need for a fun time. Staff is always helpful and have plenty of gift recommendations.

My new one stop shop for all birthdays and Christmas gifts for kids from birth to young adult. There’s literally something for everyone, even maybe your husband who likes gadgets and fun toys. Very friendly store associates and good prices. I thought I would be walking in to a store with all educational stuff for teachers but it’s way more than that. Easy parking in the plaza. Just a great place overall and glad I found it before Christmas!

Great shopping place for children's toys especially ages 10 and under. They have STEM educational toys, toys that encourage outdoor play and imagination! Prices are competitive and they have toys you won't find in your chain, big box stores!

We had a very positive and fun shopping experience at their Cary location. This store has a large variety of STEM toys, cool gift items and surprisingly pets ! The costumer service here is unmatched and the store layout is clean and engaging.

We visited today just to browse for Christmas gifts. My daughter stumbled across colorful biospheres that houses African Dwarf frogs. A small aquatic frog native to parts of Equatorial Africa. Each biosphere comes with 2 frogs. Jordan educated us on care instructions and u found this be a very affordable low maintenance pet for a child. These frogs are adorable in pairs ! We were informed that we receive free food within the first year of owning the frogs. The lifespan is up to 6 years. Much better than fish.

We enjoyed browsing the rest of the store and I scored some personalized ornaments for our Christmas tree 3 for $10. My daughter identified a company called Dope Slime whose items are not sold everywhere. The staff was very friendly and courteous and we can't wait to come back and visit the other locations.

I’ve been here a few times through the years. It’s always been “good”, went back today and it’s “WOW”. Maybe they are under new management- it’s no longer a store but a destination, a true experience. Like the sign at the door says, step into fun and nostalgia. I keep thinking about how fun this place was to walk around in! Very helpful employees that are just as excited about this experience. I have never known about a line of stuffed animal called Jellycat before- this was a showstopper. I just stood and stared - toys as art!
Their rewards program is just a marketing program- no “reward”, but I’m not dinging them for it.
Can’t wait to visit the other locations to see if they have all been reinvented. The feeling this place gives you is addictive! Serotonin high!!

So my kids found out about connecting pieces called plus plus the kids love them and always want more. The learning Express has several different sets. It is nice to see different sets so the boys have different sets. My two youngest boys are autistic and love, plus plus building sets.

Now this is a well-ran store. Everybody inside seem to be in a great mood. There was plenty of inventory. My daughter had a ball. The staff helped us in so many ways that were not required of them to be employees here. There was a young lady working here who had the same interest as my 11-year-old daughter and their conversation was impressive. I had no clue my kid knew so much about squishmelos. But anyway the only complaint I had was I spent way too much money in this store. Be careful it is so easy to do. We will be back. PS we do miss our learning Express it wasn't this awesome but it was still pretty cool. Please come back to Durham. Except this time come to the South point area.

Very cool store with so many awesome gifts. It’s a one stop shop for any kiddo! I thought Toys R Us was the best kids toy shop, but this one takes the cake!

Such a fun little shop! It's got fun and unique toys jammed in from the floor to the ceiling. The quality of the toys are top notch. This is our go-to shop for birthday presents. There are toys suitable for all ages and all types of interests.

I recently went to North Hills location with my 1-year-old daughter, and we had a great time browsing the selection. We found a few new toys and books that she’s been exploring and loving. The staff there was so friendly and helpful.

I also appreciate that the store offers a variety of educational toys that are designed to promote social-emotional learning, problem-solving skills, and creativity. These are all important skills that I want my daughter to develop, and I'm glad that I can find toys that will help her learn in a fun and engaging way.

Awesome place!! I love the staff, and the products here! The stickers are adorable and it has changed a lot over time. It's somewhat calming in there now. In the past there were kids on scooters running around the shop and stuff, now I don't see why, but it seems like less kids come here, rather, the parents getting them gifts. I do love going here though!!

Awesome toy store for kids who are looking for any toy imaginable. We drove 2 hours to Cary to visit this toy store specifically.

Learning Express is one of my favorite stores to go to with my kids. We moved here about three years ago and were looking for a particular game and a couple of birthday presents and wanted something unique and super fun. They have so many great products- and such a great variety!

I remember walking in the first time and it was a little overwhelming and hard to find things. It didn’t really make sense in how it was set up, but I noticed that the last few times I walked in that the store felt “organized” and it was so much easier to navigate! There were lots of little additions that made it more fun to explore the store. It was more inviting, engaging, and somehow warmer. The staff were all super helpful and honestly seemed like they cared that we found toys that suited each individual kid.

The biggest issue now is that we spend about 3x the amount of time when we visit and end up walking out with a lot more stuff! Especially the Jellycat area- it’s probably where all three of my kids come together and spend the most time. I’d complain, except it’s awesome that my kids (11-15 years old) all find things that are engaging and bring us together as a family. Playing and laughing together is exactly what we need! Keep doing whatever you are doing!

Great local toy shop that my kids LOVE to shop at! Kids can create a birthday box with items in their wish list which makes it so easy for your guests. My daughter filled hers to the brim!

Amazing!! Always helpful and friendly staff! Walked in, gave them age and interests and they immediately went on to find several items to choose from! Some times I have time to browse and others, like today, I’m short on time. It is very helpful when the staff has a servicial attitude and know their products!

I am trying to shop local this year. Learning Express offers a good combination of online convenience and local service. I found items on my granddaughter's Amazon list at learningexpressgifts.com, then picked them up, gift wrapped, from the local store for a lower price than Amazon's. While I was there, I browsed the thoughtful selection of toys, crafts, stuffed animals in the store and bought several other gifts on sale.
