Walgreens

I've been going to the pharmacy here for many years now and they are always great. Everyone here is so genuinely nice and professional. There are several pharmacists that have been at this location for several years, I wish I knew all of their names so they get the shout out they deserve (i believe one of their names is Brett). They always have helpful information and make things as smooth as possible. Thank you all for the great assistance over the years!

The pharmacy is polite, kind & considerate.
And light skin cashier at the front is mad cute!

Staff in this store goes out of their way to help you - the other morning they helped me find some quick party supplies for an office party. They were even friendly and helpful during the snowstorm last winter. Seems very well-managed. Always an easy stop.

A nice addition to the Waverly place shopping area in Cary, NC. Very clean facility and very friendly and professional staff. We have made it our primary drug store and all of medicines are purchased from this Walgreen's store.

Prompt fast and friendly

Store is very clean and as well stocked as any stores recently. Staff has always been friendly when I'm there.

Sitting in the parking lot right now. I wanted to write this before driving away.
Actually a nice looking store and I figured I’d have the normal experience I have at a Walgreens.
I was greeted when I walked in, then nicely greeted again when I arrived at the counter to checkout.
I got cash back on my debit card and asked if she had enough quarters for a $5 bill.
She clicked her tongue, looked in the drawer and shook her head as she counted quarters. I felt like I had just asked if she could give me some of her own money.... When done, she has, what should be, enough quarters to make it for the rest of the day in her drawer. But her attitude in saying ‘bye’ was completely different from the ‘hi’ I received when walking up to the counter...... over quarters......

I don’t want fake nice people when I go into a retail store. But getting attitude over something as trivial as getting change back in quarters...?
I would never ask a family run establishment for that sort of thing, because they might not have a safe in the back with more money in it.......? But a big business store like Walgreens, quarters shouldn’t be sacred.

Not the place to go for first aid or health products. I only come here when I am assigned by a new job to get a drug test.

My poor review is due to poor communication. I called and spoke to the pharmacy to see if I could get a flu shot between a specific time slot. I was told that would be fine, however when I arrived I was told that I should have made an appointment because the wait time would be 20-30 minutes. The store appeared clean and well stocked. Staff is not very friendly.

The older black woman cashier is a racist, especially racist against Asians.

I have always had good experiences with other employees; however, all of my Asians friends and I encountered multiple discriminatory treatments from this single employee which made our overall experience memorably unpleasant.

It is unacceptable for any one to treat customers with striking disparity based on the color of their skins. I also sent a concerning email to corporate to report my intolerable experiences. Hope the management team take appropriate actions.
