ForwardDental Mequon

I've been going here for the past three or so years, and have always received great care. But my most recent experience proved their quality of care.

This past February, I had an unepexted tooth crack on a Thursday evening, and Friday morning by 10:00 am, I was in Dr. Seymour's chair for an emergency extraction. He initially thought it would be a root canal, but found out quickly the tooth needed to come out.

Dr. Seymour had two patients before me, worked me in, and handled everything seamlessly. My extraction wasn't typical and he took his time, got everything out. With the condition of the tooth and root, a careless act, or just simply rushing to get me out of the office, many things could have been missed causing issues down the road. This was not the case.

Dr. Seymour was calming, professional and did an excellent job. That day, Dr. Seymour took his level of care up a notch for me. I highly recommend his services and the Mequon location.

LOVE everything about this place! Very personable and easy to be comfortable. Doctors and staff put you at ease by walking you through everything step by step and answering any/all questions you may have. Very happy I found this place!

Dr. Seymour and his dental hygienist Lisa were both great. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and they made it as anxiety free as possible. They had me back a few days later for a filling, it was pain free and done in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

I don't always write reviews, but I was impressed today! I had to change dentists due to insurance. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing. Not knowing what I was going to get did not make it any easier to make the change. Everyone in this office is friendly and down to earth. Their technology was better than I'd ever experienced and I feel like they explored every nook and cranny in my mouth as they created my profile. They took the time to do a thorough evaluation and cleaning and made sure I understand how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Seymour is great! He is professional but light hearted and quite obviously an expert in dentistry. My only regret is that I didn’t find this great team sooner!

Sometimes doing a review is hard but not for ForwardDental Mequon. Great service, most.complete check up. Clean and neat I felt pampered!

I was in severe pain w an exacerbated infection of an old fractured tooth. DA Claire and Doc were AMAZING KIND EMPATHETIC and so professional with every step. They are my familys Dental practice now. The check in and out was treated with the same kindness and professionalism. LOVE THEM❤✝❤

Looked all over town for an emergency appointment. They were able to get me in the same day and took care of me. The office smelled beautiful and provided a nice aura. Most importantly the doc knows his stuff and wastes no time taking care of business!! Love them!

Dr. Seymour, was awesome, he seem to understand all my anxieties, and fears. Everyone was pleasant & most important they listened to what I had to say. I felt no pain only what was expected for the anesthesia or sedation, & this was really not pain just uncomfortable. My experience was the best that I have ever had at any dental office. Dr Seymour is the best! The rest of the staff are so kind and helpful. Even in a crisis, they have been able to fit me in.

I had my first visit at the Mequon office today and it was very pleasant. The office staff were welcoming and helpful. The dentist took time to explain everything to me. It was a great experience. I highly recommend the Mequon Office.

Had a bad tooth, walked in to make an appointment to get it checked out and they happened to have an opening at that time. Though it turned out that I needed a root canal, their prompt and efficient service got me in the next day! Great staff and Dr Seymour is amazing!

I had a great experience at this Forward Dental. The receptionists Sammie Jo and Victoria were friendly and the dental team of Amanda, Lisa, and Dr. Baker were skilled, competent and quick professionals! If corporate is reading this review, every single one of the people I mentioned deserves a raise for how good they are at their jobs.

The dentist and assistance were excellent. They made my experience with the least amount of pain.. was fast and efficient.
