Goldsboro Dental Arts - Nicole Williams DDS PA

I have been going there for a few years now. They always do their best to fit me in on emergencies. They are kind , compassionate, & professional . They do great work, and upfront about any issues.

I was having a lot of pain in one of my teeth and made an appointment with them because they said they could take care of the pain/cavity at my first visit. I went to my appointment and after they took x-rays, they told me I had four cavities (which was strange because I have never had more than one at a time before) and would have to come back to have them worked on... Even though they told me they would take care of my cavity at my first visit. I was annoyed, but agreed to reschedule for an appointment that was more than a week away. I ended up cancelling my appointment because of the pain I was in and went to another dentist, fully expecting that I would have the four cavities I was told I had. When this second dentist checked my teeth, they informed me that I had no cavities at all and my pain was due to the cold I had. The pain went away only a few days later and I haven't had a cavity since. If there were cavities there, I am sure the second dentist would have taken the opportunity take care of them, but they simply weren't there.

I had heard of dentists being dishonest and charging patients for cavities that aren't there, but I am honestly shocked that Goldsboro Dental Arts claimed that I had four cavities and were ready to drill absolutely unneccassary holes into my teeth, simply for the money. They are dishonest and I would never suggest them to anyone.
