Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful vacation at this accommodation. The staff's impeccable behavior contributed significantly to our positive experience, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The facilities provided were top-notch, enhancing our overall stay. From the well-maintained amenities to the tasteful decor, the attention to detail was evident throughout. It was a memorable getaway, and we highly appreciate the combination of excellent service, well-mannered staff, and the inviting ambiance.

Prices are reasonable. Good location and several restaurants and fast food choices close. Cracker barrel is in walking distance. Walmart, Lowes, movie Theater, PetCo and Gas Stations close. Rooms are updated and clean. Smoking and Non Smoking rooms are available. They have laundry machines available for a fee also. Pets allowed but a deposit is required.

The quality of service and amenities justified the cost. Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.

This place is older. It is incredibly basic, but it’s CLEAN and it’s comfortable, and for the price, you can’t beat it. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Zero signs of dirt/hair/insect infestation. Water is hot and the pressure is good. The carpet in the hallway is new and the room was tiled, so no gross stained hotel carpet. Do not anticipate an actual breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. I’m pretty sure the guy that checked me in hates his life, but I mean, he lives in Jackson, I’d probably hate my life too.

We travel as 2 adults no kids, no pets. I don’t believe they accept pets though. We were just passing through on our way to Big Bend National Park in TX . I found this hotel, which turned out to be perfect for us! Almost everything in the room (126) was updated! The spotless shower, countertops, flooring, bed, bedding and cloth linens. There was a microwave and refrigerator, if I remember correctly, we didn’t use them. The entire room smelled clean, so I give them a 10 for that, I’m pretty picky about it. I always carry cleaning supplies on vacation, (end up trapped geographically sometimes) but I didn’t need it here We felt safe here...The bed was so comfy and we slept great. The room wasn’t huge, but it worked for the 2 of us, there was a bench seat under the window and we put our luggage there. We had a desk and we each had a nightstand. There were several accessible outlets, to charge your electronics. We were in a great room for a fair price. I would definitely stay here again and refer friends and family. There was a breakfast area but I didn’t see any breakfast, but we typically don’t eat breakfast, and that was fine with us too. We had absolutely no complaints staying here and everyone was friendly also. There’s a Cracker Barrel right next door, it was extremely busy for carry out, dine in may have been easier, but it was really the only accessible restaurant without driving. (Left a review for them also) But we liked the location because it was easy on and off the interstate! As always if I can answer any questions I will and travel safely!

I loved it here. Hated to leave. You have the option of smoking and non smoking rooms plus breakfast.

We so appreciated our stay here on our way to Ohio! We were walk-ins after cancelling a stinky room nearby, they gave us a great rate, the room was cold and didn't smell bad which is a big deal. In spite of ridiculous Covid restrictions they had a decent breakfast including waffles! We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly too!

I have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay here while in Jackson! Kevin, at the front desk, is always willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to guests. Any concerns are addressed promptly. Rooms were superbly clean and disinfected. Breakfast is always ready on time! Best rates, best service, Overall best value in Jackson TN!!! I stayed here for 6 days. The room is clean and neat. Room maybe not be big but it's reasonable and funtionable. I didn't plan to stay in my room a lot anyway. I only needed a place to take shower, sleep, and store my clothes. For what I paid, I got a room worth the price. 10/10. Toilet was good. Hot water. I used the shampoo, it was fine. The toilet seat was kinda old. I would recommend the owner to replace it. Towels are plenty. 9/10 I didn't smell anything in the room nor the hotel. Room service was good, around 9AM in the morning. There are laundry room. You need coins. The hotel is run by a family. They are nice people. My friend lost her earing in the room. I made a call later in the day and they helped me find jt and return it back to my friend. Thank you for the service

We stayed here in an emergency and the room was great, comfy and cozy. Appreciate the fact that let us book on short notice and an emergency. Very kind and friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Good place to stay. Recently remodeled. Minor issues like the shower curtain was jacked up. But for the price, it was great. Staff was very nice. Smoking and Non Smoking rooms available at the time of my stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Our experience here has been great. 160 for 2 nights isn't a bad deal at all. Rooms are a little snug but I'm with my love so that isn't bad. They even have breakfast here. The covid restrictions are lifted for the most part in tennessee

Your hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. An the morning coffee was very good along with the continental breakfast. My husband an I would decently stay there again. "O" an by the way they do accept pets for a sma ll fee. Thanks again for a good nites stay. An Cracker Barrel is next door.

Manager at the front desk was super nice. Hot water in the room. They started doing waffles now for the breakfast that my all time staying hotel.
