The UPS Store

I came close to closing because unfortunately I was running a bit late to drop off a return but got stellar and great service. DJ was the employee that helped me out and he was both professional and friendly. I had to do a return package and he was quick in helping me print of the material needed and choosing out suitable material to purchase and place the item in. Anytime I need to use a shipping store in the future around this area, this is the one I’m coming to because of DJ.

It is Friday at 4:30 & she is the only employee at the store. It is slam pack full. She never once caught an attitude, never once showed her frustration, was very helpful to everyone in the store and was amazing to me for being a first time customer trying to return something to Amazon.

I normally go to Kohls for my Amazon deliveries. I have not had the best customer service at this location in the past. But I went today and I have several returns. The gentleman in the store was working alone and it was very busy. He was SO nice and helpful. He never seemed overwhelmed by the number of people in line. He was fast and super friendly. I felt compelled to say what good experience I had. I hope the store is able to hang on to him, he is a good one!

This is a review to recognize Jackie for her professionalism and hard work. I have witnessed Jackie working in the store alone on a Saturday twice. Each time, she has been overwhelmed; however, she remained friendly and patient with the customers. She is a class act and hopefully she is praised and rewarded for her hard work, loyalty, and professionalism.

My husband and I have to go to the UPS Store every now and then. The employees are very nice and helpful. I appreciate when people are kind and this store has kind, professional workers. One told us to keep certain paperwork just in case there is ever a problem with an item. So we would have the proof on our side. That's good advice. Thank you!

Wow! The place was swamped, but Jackie had a smile on her face while helping customers, answering the phone and anything else that came up. She was polite and helpful even though she was working alone and line was out the door! Don't ever let her go!!!

Great experience. They were very busy but the lady and man working were very nice and professional. The lady that waited on me went above and beyond to help me get my package sent back.

Shipping my package was pretty smooth and easy to do and the person helping me was quite nice. That was my first time ever having to go to the post office.

I'm so glad Todd is the new notary!! Previously there was always problems or attitudes. Todd is pleasant and professional. Im hoping you guys hold on to him.

Hey, this was my first time using the printing services offered by this UPS store. I was nervous for because this was a VERY IMPORTANT project that i was working on for my church’s 50th anniversary. After talking and working with Ms. Melody my nervousness left. She took time to listen to my concerns and was very detailed on what to expect once everything was done. She was professional and handled my project like is was hers. I would recommend the UPS Store for your printing needs.

Drove in from Knoxville to see mom and discovered she didn't like the purse she ordered. I had to find a store before the holiday and before I had to go back home. Went into this store on July 3, 2023 around 3:30p. The lady that waited on me was nice and very pleasant. If I need a UPS store in the future in the area it will be this one.

This store has the best employees. They are always willing to help with anything at anytime!!

I was impressed with the manager of the UPS store on Vann dr. I was having a problem getting label machine to work and she took a lot of time trying to help me out. I was surprised because being a manager she has plenty to do but was determined to satisfy her customer. She deserves this review.

This UPS store is outstanding!!! They always greet with a smile and offer speedy friendly service even though they are constantly swarmed in a sea of Amazon returns! Always a delight, what a super team!

Emily and team went above and beyond to help me when I was in a huge jam. I had a last minute request for a large sized print job after a custom poster arrived damaged for my best friends wedding. They met me with a yes attitude and created a solution for me and very fast. They will get all of my printing business moving forward and I live outside Memphis area. Thank y’all again!

I visit this UPS store multiple times a month with from 5 to 15 boxes, some heavy, some not. There's a lot of joking going on about when I can find back at a different time. These are really great people that work at this store. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else.
