Quality Inn

I checked in the first night but my room was very clean and very comfortable, and it was the first time I felt comfortable enough to sit down in a bathtub in a hotel in a very long time. Needless to say, I got the room for another night everybody that works here is very friendly there are elevators and if you're on the first two levels you have a balcony. It was nicer than the sure stay plus and you don't have to deal with people on drugs that are working.

I asked for a non-smoking room and that was what I received, the room had a TV, microwave, a mini refrigerator, iron for your clothes, hair dryer and the room was very well cleaned. I stayed for 2 nights and after one night they asked me if I wanted the housekeeping girl to clean something, a very calm environment

Five stars because I think this hotel serves the purpose it intends. A basic hotel with nothing fancy but not bad. If you’re traveling with family I’d say probably consider a larger hotel, but if you are not traveling with family then this place offers everything needed to stay the night for a lower price. The parking lot also has a ton of lighting at night so it deters any vehicle theft.

Very clean! Well kept grounds. I think they are remodeling/renovating one side but our room is very clean, up to date and comfortable! No hot breakfast due to the remodel but the coffee is good ! Safe, close to highway but far away enough to feel comfortable. A ton of food options in walking distance. Great stay so far

Great place to stay. Nice clean rooms, stayed there for 3 days. Right next to a restaurant and other food places. And they had free breakfast. The food was good.

Clean, reasonable, close to Slide and Ride Rodeo and the staff was very nice!

After experiencing roaches at our first hotel attempt, we found this hotel an hour further. I walked in expecting the same experience and inspected the room before letting my family come in. I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, cool, homey. You have no idea how great it felt to get in the room and feel comfortable! We were planning on having to leave this hotel, shower at a rest stop and sleep in the car. Thank God we didn't have to. Loved the hotel and will use again if we ever come back through!!

Hotel was clean and in a safe location. Several restaurants within walking distance including a Logans, Checkers, McDonald's, and Waffle House.

At the time of booking, I was not aware that the rooms were "motel style" with the doors on the outside. I was given a room on the first floor. As a woman, I was a bit nervous but as stated, the area appeared safe, with several neighboring hotels close by and no sketchy folks having out.

I'm a commercial driver and will be adding this location to my list of trusted stays.

We arrived with two guests and a service dog and we're treated wonderfully upon arrival. We where put in a smoking room which was clean but a bit aged it still nice. room was cool but comfortable and the front desk receptionist where all patient and quiet friendly. Pool was clean and open pretty late till 10 and breakfast was simple fare but still quite nice, overall would stay again

Wife and I have stayed here multiple times and have always received great service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always nice and tidy. If you're looking for a place to lay your head for a night this is the spot.

The people were very nice, and the room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable, it had various options from food to drinks. Breakfast did end earlier than I would have liked, usually because I do not tend to wake up as early as I would hope. Overall, I was very satisfied at my stay in the Quality Inn.

I’ve stayed here several times! Always greeted with a smiling face and a bubbly personality from the girl at the front desk! Clean up to date rooms an several nice restaurants within walking distance! Never had an issue with this hotel! The hospitality is awesome here!

EDIT: The sweet lady (feel bad I cannot remember her name) that helped me check in that night called me later today to say thank you, and asked if I wanted to reverse my pet fee, but we did have two pets so I said no and explained that I was just confused how the bill changed in the morning. Apparently they dont charge the pet fee right away until you check out so that explains why my bill went from $86 to $101, pet fee is $15. Very pleased again that the employees here care about their customers and about their reviews so I'm changing it from 4 stars to 5. :)

Was very pleased with my stay here last night. We are travelling from CA to NC and decided to stay at quality inns because our first nights experience at one was pleasant but the second one wasn't and we almost had our uhaul trailer stolen in the night from us. So when we got to this place I asked the lady at the counter when I was checking in if we could park up front since we are towing a trailer and she had no problem with that. She was very nice and helpful. Also when I called earlier in the day to book the room the lady I spoke to on the phone was also very polite and helpful. The room was cleanly and breakfast even though we went out around 8:40 closer to the time breakfast ends at 9, it was still very good. The area for it was also very clean, which was impressive. The only thing that is weird to me was when I paid last night, I paid $86. When I went to check out today it said total was $101. I shamefully threw my paper receipt from checking in away so I can't compare it to this morning's checking out receipt. I would call and ask why there is a difference but I am still pleased with how my stay went so I don't feel the need to. Plus my card was only charged $86.

We stayed here for a week during some very bad weather. I was extrememly sick. From check-in to check-out, the people here are great. Wendy, "Coo-Coo" Lulu, Marion, Agnes, Tonya, Tamar, and Jeff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean, no mold, no musty smells, good mattresses, towels and blankets are in very good condition. Breakfast is A+. Not a noisy hotel and the staff is like a big family. They take very good care of their guests.

We lost power yesterday at 5:30’ish(We’re from Memphis,Tn) Memphis has absolutely no available hotel rooms so we decided to drive to Jackson,Tn. After a brief conversation over the phone before we arrived we we’re able to book/reserve a room that was pet friendly,We we’re greeted upon entrance,The staff we’re friendly and welcoming! Thanks so much!! Plus this was a birthday getaway 😊 #02/05

This is one of the best hotel in the town. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the good breakfast. The service was excellent as well. Would like to stay here again.

This is probably the nicest Quality Inn I've stayed at. The room was very clean, updated, and just everything you would expect from a decent room. I would stay here again.

The location is awesome. Has plenty to do around it and nice places to eat. The hotel room was clean and smelled great.
