Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson

Our room was lovely, breakfast was great, it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants, but what really set this place apart was the staff. Everyone was so lovely and kind.

This place was Amazing. Clean, heated pool, good breakfast, near everything. But check out time is 10, kinda early. And check in is after 3, kinda late. . . But its still a great place!!!

Building seems relatively new and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff here were very nice and helpful even on the overnight shift. Great option if you are visiting this area for work or visiting.

Quiet, clean, odor-free and comfortable. Would stay here again. Missed breakfast because it didn't start until 6:30 which is a bit late if you have a long drive and need an early start. But they are doing things well. Great job to all involved.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We stayed here overnight driving from NY to Texas. The beds were SO comfortable. The room was immaculate. All staff were kind and helpful. And the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast buffet. Eggs were cooked to perfection. They had skim milk (which is rare!). Everything about the stay was great. We didn’t want to leave.

When I first arrived, the check in person was nice, but not very informative or friendly like you usually find. However the room was nice and clean. And Javon was incredible at breakfast making sure I had gluten free options! He was so helpful and Ernest that it made the stay

This is a fantastic place. We were greeted as we came in the door. Friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and taken care of. The price of rooms was high compared to other Fairfield Inns. I don’t know if it was a normal price. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

I try not to be one to complain about anything, that's one of the reasons I don't have many social media accounts Especially ones that create chaos and drama, small business owner with big business who hates Negativity and drama,and no i'm not going to plug my companies,I just look forward to Gods Kingdom to come as it says in the scriptures Mathew 6:9.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was only one night but will definitely stay again if we're in the area. The hotel in general was very clean and our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

We were here for one night for a funeral the following morning. They had great hospitality. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection. Four juice options, waffles, eggs and sausage (turkey and pork), oatmeal with lots of add ins, five or more cereal options with small bottles of milk. Whole, skim, 2%, and choc. The bathroom was awesome. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was bottles on the shower wall. Pump what you need! The small bottles most often supplied are never enough so these bottles in the shower are such a great tool. There was mini fridge and blow dryer. We didn't stay long but it was very comfortable. I'm hoping to get my son's outfit back that he left in our room last Saturday. I've called front desk and they said it may not be logged in yet so I have to call housekeeping manager. There was a pool but we did not have time to take advantage of that. Very clean hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay after traveling all day with an infant and Ashley was the front desk agent working with us. She made sure that from the time we walked in the door that we felt welcome. Her attitude brightened our day and made sure that we had a great stay. We are big into hospitality and we really appreciated the kindness and feeling welcome. Will always stay here when we come through. The room was wonderful and cozy and breakfast attendants the next morning were so sweet to help me get coffee while I held my baby! Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is by far the most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The bed was amazing. The pillows are so comfortable and if you don’t like them, they have different types to choose from so everyone is happy. The staff is amazing! Everyone I spoke to seemed to like their job. My only complaint is with the designer of the hotel. They put the bathroom door right at the foot of the beds with a clear door. It is frosted but when someone goes to the bathroom at night, the light shines right in your face. There is little privacy with those doors.

For some reason, my previous review from November 2022 was either taken down or not posted. Thank you to Beth and Stronda (no longer there) for making our stay wonderful in light of my mother passing away while there.

Also, stayed in June 2022 and I can't find that review either. It was outstanding and there was lots of compassion while my mom was very sick in the hospital.

I only visited here because of a seminar that Del Lawrence was having. The woman at the front counter was very helpful, professional and pleasant to speak with. The seminar was great and a welcome blessing.

Very clean location, and the rooms are big a spacious at least the one I have. I have to say I been here for a few weeks and have not had the pleasure of meeting the manager Beth. I have met all the other staff and managers but not her. I my stay was over 3 week within that time I asked to talk with her. She never made herself available to talk to us. I give a lot of reviews and get a lot of view from them. I'm sure this will be at the top. Now that is out the way, the breakfast is good every morning and the housekeeper do excellent work. Shanda the other manager work with us to make our stay successful. Thank you for that, my company really thank the staff. Hopefully Beth will try to engage when it comes to other companies staying with them.

Update: stayed here 4 years ago and returned this weekend to stay again. Still a great hotel, clean, and ultimately a nice stay for the money. There are cheaper hotels around but reviews are mixed. They have a decent selection for breakfast and convenience center if you need to purchase anything in the evening. We stayed in a King Suite this time and the extra space and work area (pictured) was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Initial review: Chose this hotel based on other good reviews. Had a great experience - everything was clean and up to date. Staff were friendly and breakfast was included with room price. A couple of the other hotels nearby in this price range did not include breakfast. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Beth Bolton and her Team provided an exceptional experience for a Workshop lasting three days using their Meeting Room. The service was exceptional! By far, this Fairfield Inn is the best one I have stayed, to include accommodations and a complete breakfast. Terrific value...also in great location of shopping and great restaurants.
