Clarion Hotel Jackson Northwest

Good thing I didn't listen to all the negative reviews and cancel my reservation! Yall gave poor Rachel got a bad rap. She was very courteous and helpful to me--helped me out with a faulty room key and connecting to WiFi. My room was big, clean and had fresh towels and supplies. My only knock is that housekeeping left trash bags by the elevator that have been there for who knows how long. But, like a lot of businesses, they are probably struggling with staffing levels right now. Hey, for $85 a night, all I expect are clean sheets and clean towels. Don't buy in to all the bad reviews.

What a cool hotel! We loved our suite with small coffee maker sink microwave and refrigerator area that separated sleeper couch with its own flat screen television area. Like a 2 bedroom apartment! We had our own small private indoor balcony over looking the pool

The front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Professional. Told me exactly how to get to my room. My room was clean, comfy and LARGE. Great selection of tv channels, the room was cool when I walked in as was the refrigerator- not always the case at other hotels. Nice towels, a chaise lounge and bench for my suitcase. I highly recommend this hotel. A great price of $64 total. There's a huge lobbey with a pit bar spacious breakfast area right next to the indoor pool. The rooms that face the pool have balconies!

While the hotel is undergoing renovations, it was very clean. Has a cool layout. Staff, especially Tonya at the front desk, were friendly & helpful. When I checked in, Tonya was half way through working a double shift & she was back the next morning when I checked out. Give this sweetheart a raise 😁

Nice place for weddings and get-togethers.

We had a large group of people about 180 not one issue with anything. The rooms are big and clean everything is just down the street walking distance. The staff was cool as hell they even let us park our bikes tight to the front.

Room layout was odd but I visited my uncle there this evening and the girl working the front desk was kind, courteous, and super pretty at that. Would stay or recommend to anyone.

This hotel has a great weekly rate the only thing is you have to put a 150 deposit but that's fine and the other little thing is they do not accept animals not even service dogs

Clean room. Easy access. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. I didn't check on breakfast, I was running late. Who could ask for more.

Pretty much you get exactly what is promised. Only thing to say is that the pictures look like every room has a chair but they don't really however they gave us excellent service and upgraded us for free.

Even under construction, great stay! Indoor pool wasn't running, but the suite made up for that! Prices were great, will stay again!

Loved the room, perfect anybody coming through Jackson. It has great shower, small kitchen, a fridge and two very comfortable beds

Although my son left his jacket and iPad, All Suites is mailing back to us and that is real customer service!!!

Enjoyed the stay,but no breakfast, lunch or any food as advertised.But will stay again. Very clean,quiet.

We were able to find reasonable accommodations while we explored Jackson for the first time. Tanya helped us with all of our requests and it really made an impression upon us.

This place is pretty cool rooms are nice clean big and right across the street from Plenty of venues with live music and good food lots of tourist attractions close by love the place reasonably priced

Stayed here with a jailbird for a week to help him wash the jail off. Can't be too bad then right ? 👀🤣

Tonya the manager was very accommodating and helpful to USA Wrestling group. This is always my favorite place to stay.
