I had an exceptional experience at Phipps Pharmacy. Not only did they fill my prescription promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my well-being. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction.

Phipps pharmacy and staff are always top notch! Anyone who gives a negative review or talks “trash” -that’s on them! I’ve been with them for going on 8 years and it’s been nothing but excellent service, professionalism at its finest, and always go above and beyond to make sure my family is taken care of for our medical needs! I love the family/hometown feel and also love all the goodies they have in the store to shop from while you wait. And speaking of the wait- it’s never long! Just go to Walgreens and you’ll see the difference in regards to a crazy long wait time! Jay and his staff always make sure you are taken care of and especially during covid-they stepped up to make sure we had our meds and also offered to help however they could during the crazy pandemic. Can’t get much better than that and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!! :)

My doctor forgot to call in my prescription. When we finally sorted that out, the pharmacist and staff were quick to make sure I got my medication as soon as possible since I had been waiting a while already due to the doctor’s mistake. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great small pharmacy.

The Jackson store has the most welcoming and friendliest staff!! I am always greeted like family when walking into pharmacy, and always treated with the upmost care and kindness. They make me feel more like an actaul person, and not just an annoying customer trying to fill their prescriptions, like Walgreens has become. I recently switched pharmacies from Walgreens to Phipps in Jackson, and I couldn't be happier. Best decision ever and never switching from them!! Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with care and respect!!

By far the most polite, accomodating, and professional pharmacy in TN. I have been dealing with a chronic health condition that requires pretty high strength pain medicine as well i have to take anxiety meds to stay calm. I had been slated for a surgery that is direly needed and covid hit so no surgery. I have been refused service of any kind by walgreens, walmart, food giant, and family pharmacy simply because of the type of medicine i have to take. I never call in early fills, i never see other doctors, yet one by one every pharmacy in town started turning me away. Phipps has not done that, they have worked very closely with me and my doctor and never give off an heir of judgment or treat me like im a criminal. The staff is extremley polite,even when there is an issue with my prescription, and its happens quite frequently they still provide the utmost professional compassionate and comprehensive care i have ever receieved from a pharmacy. my wife has moved all her scripts there and so is her mother. If i could buy my groceries here i would I never post reviews so for me to post one and it be this glowing im telling you they are the best. It does tend to take a couple more minutes for your script but after going there months ive been convinced the people whom typically have an issue with their pace or their stringent care are filling some sort of narcotic and their always early, or some other excuse. As long as you follow the rules phipps will always greet and treat you right
