Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson North has always been my hotel when I come home to visit family. I love the location because of near by residents and shopping stores. The staff is always very courteous and friendly.Outstanding friendly staff.

We came to Jackson to visit my brother-in-law. He is staying in a half way house there so needless to say we weren't able to just go to his house to hangout so we ask for a late check out upon arriving and owner said no problem. As soon as we parked there were needle caps I had to step over to exit vehicle. The room was disgusting. Blood splatter all down the bathroom wall and all over the mattress cover not to mention the mattress was the color of coffee. I told my kids to not touch anything just lay between the hopefully washed sheets. Im pretty sure no one got much sleep. My mother-in-law had recently passed while her son was in prison and this was the first time my husband had seen his brother since that so at time to check out we decided to try to stay longer because they just hadn't had enough time so we were gonna try to pay for extra time. The owner said our only option would be to pay for another night and another pet deposit. We really didn't have a choice because we couldn't fit everyone in the vehicle to just go somewhere so we decided ok. It's just a couple more hours so we paid $150 more just to be able to hang out until about 6 that evening. We left our dog in room and took 2 trips to take everyone a couple miles away to restaurant to eat. After our 2 trips to get everyone back I noticed someone had come in and took trash and my purse had been ransacked. There was about $72 and ring missing. A ring that my mother-in-law that had recently passed gave to me. This was very upsetting. My husband seen the housekeeper outside our door on his first trip dropping people off and when he pulled up she run around the building which he thought was odd.so I go around and find the housekeeper and ask her who went in our room and she tells me she did cause it is her job to get trash and towels. But there were no new trash bag in can nor any new towels. Which we were using to cover things to sit on. But swears she didn't touch the purse. She goes into office and my husband follows her and the owner let's her show my husband the video of who was coming in and out of our room which she is starting and stopping where she wants with her phone. At first she tries to say that she is in the room beside ours when asked why she is in there so long then States that there were skittles thrown all over the floor and she was picking them up but no one had any skittles. I am assuming she was referring to the bag of mini m&m's that were sitting on the counter unopened. Not sure. But owner left my husband to deal with her and rented a room to a couple for $20 cash off books for sex purposes right in front of my husband. The owner was telling the man do not rent it on computer. It was very obvious what was going on. Then the owner leaves and never even tried to address the situation leaving us to only deal with the housekeeper that was clearly not going to admit she was a theif. The rest of our time there the housekeeper had a man with her going in and out of every room with her and he clearly wasnt an employee. This place is absolutely absurd. Needs to be shut down.

I stayed here because of the location. It's quiet and clean. The TV, A/C, and hot water were fine. The bed was comfortable. They loaned me a phone charger. The staff were great and friendly.

The owners are very nice and really care about their property. The rooms are really clean I recently stayed for 3 weeks while trying to move into a apartment and the location is on a main street good restaurants as well as they don't tolerate anything that will disturb other customers staying nor people that cause any kind of disturbance on property. As a female staying by herself I felt very safe. The rooms have been remodled are couldn't ask for better group of people that work there . I highly recommend staying here!!

I booked here after I completed my work injury recovery. My experience here was pretty good no complaints during my stays. The room are pretty decent no bed bugs is great thing. Free WiFi and didn’t have any issues on the internet. They have free truck parking but only if you’re booking an room to stay. Quiet neighborhood. The front desk, the manager are super friendly. The housekeeper was amazing always check on me and asked anything is needed. I will be coming back here with my truck and highly recommend to book here.

Very nice staff, good coffee. The rooms are very clean and much bigger than I expected. It was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. Great location, near good restaurants, some street noise from cars, but other than that very quiet place.

Good stay. It's a 2 star motel. Don't expect it to be the Hilton. But overall it's clean and nice. No complaints. Well other than the microwave not working but I called and they immediately brought a new one so it was all good. They also have new air conditioners in every unit so that's a plus.

The hotel was very nice. The price was perfect, the room was clean and the cable tv was an awesome change from the usual need to log in to my personal streaming services. The continental breakfast was very good as well. Breakfast in the lobby and good conversation with the owner was very nice. If you want a nice, clean room at a great price this is definitely it.

The rooms were nice, the owner was very professional and it has no bugs. Its in a nice area amd if youre hungry there are food places around so you dont have to travel. Overall very nice place to stay for a good price

This place was very much needed. Quick in and out check-in service, comfy bed, clean environment both in-room and premises, the whole stay entirely was the bees knees and a bag of ruffles. I felt well accommodated from start to finish. No undesirables (like the person in the previous review) roaming the parking lot or anything, this place didn't disappoint. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling like Zeus! Well recommended!

Older hotel, yet clean & the front desk staff helpful with any concerns I may have. I used my Wyndham Rewards membership for a discounted stay & earned points for future stays at any participating Wyndham hotels. The trip was for a memorial service.

I received room 202. The best spot for basketball. I also received a kitten. Please tell Mr. Basketball that your kitten is on a ride in a big truck.

Stayed here for an overnight stay. The staff was very welcoming and room was very clean. Would recommend anyone looking for a budget overnight stay

I was traveling to Memphis. It started to rain - heavy thunderstorm and lighting. I decided to pull off at a hotel , Travel Lodge. It was the best decision one can make. I will give them a ,5 star.

Good place to stay. Nice rooms laundry available convenient to lots of shopping and food. Trucker friendly with truck parking for drivers. We always stay here when in Jackson.👍👍
