Rocket Self Storage

I rented a small storage storage unit from Rocket almost a year ago and was impressed by the facility and the front office staff. Tim, Richard, and Wade were so welcoming and professional during my first visit, and they went above and beyond to set up my customer account quickly as I was on my lunch break. I visited the storage unit less than a handful of times since then, and today, I stopped by to vacate my unit as I now have garage space at home for my boxes. When I drove through the premises, parked and lifted the door of my unit, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked exactly the same as it did the day they moved me in. Everything was just as I left it, and the storage unit and entire property was clean and well kept and looks quite modern despite having been here for many years. When I got to the front office, Tim greeted me warmly, and we had the best conversation during my visit. I’ll be sure to recommend Rocket Self Storage to anyone in need of a safe, secure space to store their valuables. The management team here exceeds the standard! ~~Happy Customer

Once again, I continue to be very pleased with the staff and managers who work at Rocket Self Storage on FM 78 in Converse, Texas. I had already been helped by Richard, Tim, and Wade since I started renting space there. They have ALWAYS done an "OUTSTANDING" job on behalf of their customers. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Irene on "GOOD FRIDAY," and what a good Friday it was.

I went in on Friday due to some technical difficulties I was having trying to pay my bill online. Irene was able to assist me; her friendliness is the definition of, "SERVICE WITH A SMILE," which made me enjoy the day that much more. Thank you for all of your help on March 29th, Irene. Please know that it was GREATLY appreciated.

Also, the facility is being maintained very well. When I pulled up and parked, I noticed how "picture perfect" the grass was looking. I've long wished to have grass look like that at all of the places where I've lived over the years, in Texas and in the other States (and there's been more than a few) all across the Country. I applaud all of you on a job well done. 👏🏾

I really enjoyed having my belongings here. Everything was kept safe and secure and the staff is very helpful. If i need a storage again I'll be sure to come back.

Great customer interaction experience at Rocket Review. I visited on 7/6/23 having used them several years ago. Wade and Richard exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. One example: I purchased locks - Richard cut the package open and ensured the keys worked.
Richard was very professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I've used other storage locations outside Texas and the customer service is far better than I've experienced.
You simply cannot go wrong renting from Rocket Storage.

Go see Wade. Best customer service and really knows what size unit you need to accommodate your stuff. The lobby is very nice. The security is just wow. The gates lock down from 10pm to 6am and there are over 40 cameras. Very clean units and the parking lots and area super clean

I’m so happy we chose this one Mr. Wade is so awesome he have good people skills will work with you If you don’t know something he’ll take his time to explain it to you I would give him 100 if they had 100 on here but I recommend everybody to go there the best price in town trust me I’ve been all over looking for a storage unit I do not regret it think you Mr.wade😁👍

Most amazing experience I've had at a storage place.Great service and feel so secure in my items being well protected. As long as I need a storage unit I'll be here. Christine was so easy to work with and helped me get the best deal.

We needed to move on a short hand notice and we were looking for places to store our belongings. We had no boxes and no way to pack all of our items. Wade was so kind and understanding with our situation. He gave us exactly what we needed without trying to drive up the price. He showed us his amazing selection of boxes, tape, and protective wrapping. The atmosphere of the facility felt very friendly and the storage units themselves were immaculate. Will definitely be using their services more in the future.

Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of securing a storage unit for me. He made sure everything was cleaned and ready for rental. The process is a bit tedious but he made it go smoothly.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. It was very easy to pay our bill. I felt that my RV was safe and well protected. Clean all around. I highly recommend this storage business.

I’ve had my stuff here almost a year and never any issues. I love that I have 24 hours access. Great service and always clean.
Update : after having my stuff here for a little over two years we finally bought a house and no longer need the storage. I never once had issues with the security or service. I highly recommend this location. Customer service is great and so many cameras everywhere!
