Napoli's Pizza & Restaurant | East Plano, TX

This is my second time ordering from this place.
First the manager was so friendly and kind. We called him to give him instructions about our order and he was understanding. When we ordered he called us again to confirm what we needed and it was so good
😍😍 the food was so good and delicious and definitely it’s not gonna be our last time

I want to say I have never had food from this location. I want to write this because I accidentally ordered from this location, and I live pretty far away. It was totally my fault, but they were willing to void the order. I insisted on paying something, it was my fault after all. They insisted on voiding it.

This is true service, and I am very grateful. Sending the karma back their way. Thank you Napoli's!

6/11/23: Excellent service and food. The brew on tap was delicious and my lasagna was so perfect. Everything I expected from a little place like this and more. Bathroom on the bar side was kind of messed up, but that won't make me take a star away.

My husband has been coming to Napolis since he was in high school (2010) so 14 years.... and he's been bringing me everytime we visit plano for the last 10 years.... and every single time we go it's perfect. Over the years we've adding our two boys and shared this special place with them. We are always happy to see familiar faces!!

Tonight we had the best service we've ever had... Debanhi is a pure pleasure, she was so kind to our children and so helpful. She of course sold us on our favorite tiramisu and canoli which were perfect, as always.... thank you for always being a place we feel at home when we come to the city.

Absolutely delicious! A family favorite. If there is a mistake made, they do what they can to make it right. Most places do not.

Great experience here. My son had an issue with his meal & it was handled professionally & immediately. I've seen this place very busy, but it wasn't busy when we visited (Sunday, late evening). Food was amazing! Thanks to all who suggested the Chicken Rollotini! It's now on my list of faves. Really enjoyed this visit.

I was in the area for work and googled this place. It was really great! Definitely stop in if you’re in the area. I had the caprese salad appetizer and the kid’s beef ravioli. Both were fantastic.

My wife and I absolutely love the pizza. The service is remarkable, and the manager AK is awesome. The wait staff is super friendly.

I used to take my kids and we Loved it. I recently went back and the Goodness we serve single slice pizza and the taste was Awesome. However the table I sat was dirty, I cleaned it, I asked for napkins and received 3 lil tissue like napkins and pizza I needed more. The service was sad. I’m sorry maybe it was an off day. I still Love the food.

This location has some of the best food I've eaten in a long time. If you're on the spectrum, the texture is PERFECT. The staff is friendly and focused on providing a positive experience, lighting is consistent and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are in the area. The manager, or owner, took care of us and I have a feeling he'll take care of you as well.

I've been here twice now, since moving to the area, and I love it! The food is great, and so is the service. It's a perfect place for my casual family to have a nice lunch or dinner.

We love getting our favorites here. (spaghetti, pizza and baked ziti) the ranch taste amazing here and we love the bread. This is the places to get all your family favorites even from wings!

I could sing the praises of the food, or the interior, or the addition of a bar but you all know these things from other reviews. Instead, I'd like to thank Napoli's for being a Name I can trust when it comes to quality, atmosphere and service. I have never felt unwelcome or dismissed when I enter, and wouldn't you know it? I seem to keep coming back!

Please, give Napoli's a shot if you'd want to support not only a local business but to keep Plano a friendly place to live.

Love this place and love the food. Bartenders know how to make great drinks. Service is pretty good and fairly fast. Wonderful location!

Been coming here since the 90s, it was our neighborhood food place. The prices have gone up and it had changed owners, still the same great food. Still my favorite eggplant Parmesan in town.

We hardly go out anymore but decided to indulge in our fave pizza at Napoli's. So impressed with our service. Major shout out to London, our server, who was so pleasant and attentive in her service to us. Its so nice to see young adults with such a strong work ethic. Thank you!
