Lovesac

We love our sofa! The quality of the product is outstanding. We did the stealth system and love the sound quality we get from it. It’s perfect for a night in with a movie and popcorn or to snuggle up in on a cold dreary day. The fabric is better than we anticipated and it cleans up nicely. Sam is super helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband even got me a footsac and pillow!

Jenni was unbelievably helpful. She cared for my needs, knew exactly what I wanted for my LoveSac. Her customer service was outstanding, I have no doubt I will be thoroughly helped with my purchase after receiving it. Sam also was amazing. She was kind and made me feel so good about my purchase! Sam and Ramon helped sell me on how sactionals are for life! The whole team and environment here at the LoveSac in Geneva Commons was so welcoming and warm. Could not be happier for my purchase and the connection I made with the workers here to ensure all of my customer service needs are met for life!

Nneka helped me and the process was so smooth. I had done a bunch of research but everyone was kind and above all not pushy or trying to upsell, they made sure I got the couch that was best for me. I haven't received my couch yet but I am certainly satisfied with the in store customer service.

Our experience was great! We walked in the store and someone was available to assist us right away. Jenni was patient with us and answered all of our questions. She also sent us all the details via email while we decided what we wanted to do.

Sam was a great help. She explained all of the options and showed us how the furniture can be configured easily. When we made our final Decision, after trying the fabric swatches at home, she helped us place our order over the phone. She even made sure we got all of the discounts we were entitled to. No hard sell; just awesome customer service.

Sheika was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Ordered our Lovesac pieces on Saturday, with a one to two week delivery window, and we are already scheduled to have them delivered today (Wednesday!) Excellent service. If the quality of our order matches the service we’ve had so far, we will be very satisfied. Also, the Geneva showroom is larger than some of the others in the area.

Love the sectionals! Still working on the configuration. So comfortable. But the set-up was challenging. Going back to buy accessories.

I just went in to take a look and both sales girls were extremely friendly. I appreciate that they weren’t hounding me to make a purchase that day. They realize it’s a big decision. Although the pieces may be a little more expensive than your typical couch I am sold on the benefits of it! Very comfortable and the variety of fabric and fillers is great! The warranty is amazing as well.

It was a fantastic experience. I have been wanting to purchase these for a while. The whole process was awesome. Liz was so helpful and gave us suggestions while also allowing us time to process the information. Shipping also seems to be super fast. We ordered on a Monday and it appears both sofas will arrive same week Friday (Thursday review). Highly recommend!!

The saleswomen were very helpful! They answered all of our questions and helped us with choosing fabric and configurations. We ordered our couch and it should get here in around 2 weeks. It was a great experience!

Celine was phenomenal! Very helpful, knowledgeable of the product, and multitasked several customers that were in the store without anyone feeling neglected. We are purchasing a lovesac sectional and Celine was super helpful- we are confident in our purchase because of Celine.

It tools a few weeks for the purchase to be made. Patience and help was always brought. I couldn’t make it into the store to order and placed with them over the phone and they were very patience, calm and professional.

We had an issue of ordering the wrong pillows for our sactional. I called the store and talked to Handry and he could not have been more helpful. He made sure what we needed and reordered the items right then. What great customer service! Thanks again!

I have had the most incredible experience with Love Sac! I have two SuperSacs that I use for movie night, date night, snuggle with the dog night...really any and every night I can. I was living in Alaska and purchased the Elk phur covers, they were thick and warm but now living in Tennessee I needed something lighter and not so warm. I was staying with my sister in Chicago during the transition and decided to go into the store to actually feel all the possibilities, (something I was unable to do in Alaska). The young man who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had my service dog with me and everyone was very friendly. I purchased two Owl phur covers and was told they would arrive in 2-4 weeks. They were on my doorstep in 3 days!!!! Thank you Love Sac for making one item on my “to do” list so simple. BTW, these covers are amazingly soft and washed beautifully. So excited for nights again!

Liz was the lady that helped me Geneva IL location. Very nice very helpful. Not pushy but very knowledgeable. Demonstrated how easy was to use. Looked for alternative means to take a payment since cv-19 not allowing them to do cash in store. Has been in touch threw the whole process. I’m looking forward to it arriving as I type this :).

Overall this showroom is fantastic! Super clean and helpful staff. It’s a very relaxed environment in LoveSac where you are not under a lot of pressure. Sam will take you through every detail of your purchase and give you well-informed suggestions.

Working with Liz at the Geneva Commons store was a wonderful experience! She was so knowledgeable about all of the products and helped me pick the perfect size sactional and fabric that would work with my family’s needs.
