Jewel-Osco

This is my regular store. If I ever have a problem, someone is always there to try to help me to resolve it. This time was no exception. Cynthia at the service desk was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to go over everything with me to make sure that there weren't any discrepancies. I'm so incredibly grateful to her for ensuring that I was completely satisfied. She truly exemplifies customer service in my book!! I was able to find my favorite items like my Dunkin Keurig Hot Chocolate Cups, Nature's Path Turmeric (B1G1F), Reese's Snack Bars and Cereal, Pink Hair, Skin and Nails and the best deal Fishers Honey Roasted Peanuts for $2.99(with a clipped coupon)!!

This store has great employees. I love that Jewel employs people with special needs. I don’t mind if that means they might sing “Take me out to the ball game” or inform me in July of how many days we have left until Christmas while bagging my groceries. It’s actually accidentally hilarious.
The only negative at this store are the bathrooms. They’re seriously scary bad and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Jewel is one of my favorite stores locally. I appreciate that I can get in and out quickly, unlike big box stores. Items are neat and easy to find. Store is clean. Employees are helpful and friendly.

My card was having issues here while I was in self checkout. Like 30 minutes worth of issues. Super embarrassing and the dude working there was super chill. It really helped me to relax enough with my social anxiety and all to figure out what was going on instead of just leaving without my groceries.

I only utilize the drive-through Pharmacy but I very much appreciate it being open 24/7. It's proximity to download Hospital makes it very useful. Prices were reasonable, also. Highly recommend.

Beca the pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. She double checked my refill and placed an order for my medication in case it wasn’t in stock.

Lately it seems there has been much improvements to procedures, dependability, and the staff overall attitude and professionalism. I have been going here for a couple of years now and this pharmacy deserves the good review.

This Osco is better than the 2 closer Osco pharmacies I drive past to get here, better than Walgreens pharmacies pretty much EVERYWHERE, (but especially in the western suburbs) and better than the big box pharmacies in the area.

Being open 24/7 is a plus also. Not because I go there at 1am or anything, (although I could) but because prescriptions get filled overnight so there’s never a delay when I go.

Also, the medication that I take is an unusually low dosage and most pharmacies don’t have it in stock. The pharmacist has started automatically ordering the medication for me so I don’t have to worry about it being there every month. There’s plenty of things to worry about these days, and knowing I am in good hands is a big help.

Thank you for the friendly service and professionalism. It has been noted and is appreciated.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the St. Charles Jewel. Anytime/any day the shelves are full, neat & tidy. The store is always fully staffed and there is no waiting in long lines. Everyone is friendly & I always find what I’m looking for! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Has most everything, food, clothes, oil, etc. Checking out can be slow, but there are self serve on both ends. 100k sq/ft of stuff.

This was my first time going to this particular store. I ended up going in the door down by the pharmacy, and had to shop in reverse. Starting from isle 18 back to fresh produce. It was a very nice experience, it took 20 mins. Short trip this time but very nice the cashier was a teen she was very nice and polite.

Decent Jewel, but like most now the produce section is in disarray. It makes things difficult to find at times. Overall, a good store though.

A bright modern Jewel with great produce and deli items. Well stocked shelves. Floors are clean and checkout personnel are personable and professional. Getting in to the lot is a little funky due to the stores location, but there is plenty of parking once you get in. A nice selection of quick treats at the bakery

The employees at this location are astounding! I was struggling in the parking lot and one of the associates rushed out and offered quick assistance! Breanna was incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met before returning to her regular duties. Thats the type of service you don't get at any grocer.

Whenever I've gone to this location, it has always been very well maintained. Very clean and well stocked in all areas I visit (produce, deli, meat, dairy, baking aisle.) Occasionally a short wait to check out. Friendly employees.

I've been going to this Jewel for over 5 years. There hasn't been a lot of change in the staff. When you see these familiar faces it makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Management must be great there to keep the staff staying and happy there. Great job and Thinking of all of you during this time!

I always have a good shopping experience and I Love the fried chicken and fries

My favorite place to shop. The staff is very real. They do good work at Jewel. Have patience in the deli. It will pay your stomach with joy.

Made big improvements recently. Have increased quality of produce, and added lots of prepared, ready to eat options. Have even added fresh sushi (and it is good!). I love the new, fast checkout system for just a few items. This store is nothing like it used to be and has won me back as a customer.

I love shopping at this Jewel Oscoda location. The staff here is very friendly and they have good quality products. The fresh cut fruit here is usually really good quality and they have deals on it in the summer time alot. They are a little more expensive for certain things than meijer or Wal mart and for a long time I didn't shop here because I thought everything was aloy more expensive but to be honest now a days jewel is actually not too much more than meijer or jewel their prices have cut down alot for alot of things and they always have really good deals with the jewel card. They have a different variety and are a little smaller so it makes shopping a little quicker but it really just depends on what your going for. I like to mix it up now and I switch between all the grocery stores nearby and jewel is also now thrown into the mix I shop here often now.

Wonderful ! Sorta met a woman who was running the courtesy desk who was very helpful . She went out of her way to track me down in the store while I was shopping to tell me that she could help me with a money order. I was impressed. Alot of people in other stores wouldn't go to such lengths.

All I have to say is thank God for the 24-hour pharmacy. The gentleman that helped me out was efficient and knew exactly what to do. I got my prescriptions in 15 minutes at 3:00 in the morning.
