My go to store for all Electronic & Appliance need. Everyone here are customer friendly but my shout-out goes to Leslie, one of the Manager at this store. She is knowledgeable, customer friendly and understands the value of customer spending, therefore offers the best she can for customer needs/request.
She even proactively takes care of potential steps that may become an issue. I once bought an Open box appliance and she suggested the sales person to work with Geek squad to have it removed from Demo mode before delivery.
This step was a big hassle for a Washer & Dryer i bought from another store and i had to go through multiple calls, setup geek squad repair appointments, one technician was lame and rude, did not fix the issue. Had to escalate and have another technician come in who finally fixed it.

Good service through Best Buy Service Program for appliances and home electronics. 2nd time my computer “bricked” and they got it running again no extra charge. Compare to buying a new computer!

If you need a laptop, ask for Joey! He educated me on the different types of processors and storage. Didn't try to pressure me into buying a certain brand. Answered all of my questions and was super sweet!

A very sweet employee whose name I believe was Em (or M) helped us with setting up a new phone plan. She was extremely patient, helpful, and kind even though things kept going wrong and the company I was with was being hard to cooperate with.

Experienced the most awesome display of customer service at this Best Buy! Me and my friend drove an hour to pick up an open box laptop - crazy, I know but it was a deal of a lifetime. After powering the laptop up and testing it in the store, it wasn't until getting home that we realized we had left the laptop charger at the store. Knowing that I stay an hour away, the store manager Heather and Geek Squad team member Drea went above and beyond to have the charger personally delivered to my home... the same day I called!! If I didn't stay so far, this would for sure be my go-to Best Buy. I truly appreciate this team as well as their positive attitudes. Thank you guys!! - Lenovo Yoga Laptop girl :)

Best Buy in Oswego is one of the best, thanks employees like Heather, the manager on duty. She always does an excellent job of ensuring customer satisfaction. She is attentive, helpful, and friendly to everyone who walks in. She makes me feel valued and respected as a customer. This Best Buy is where I purchase big ticket items and highly recommended.

ONLY giving 5 stars because of Heather and Cortez, they were very understanding and helpful! However, do NOT buy a TV specifically Samsung or through any Best buy…a year ago we brought a Samsung 50in Crystal UHD and within 9 months it randomly stopped turning on. Not to mention it lagged whenever you would open an app..we called geek squad, they came out (they were excellent) & said it would be cheaper to buy a new TV. So I ordered the same TV yesterday at the Gevena location (hoping for a better result since so many people love their samsungs)& I unbox it to find it completely cracked on the bottom!!!! Samsung you NEED to do better & work on ur manufacturing and deliveries because this is the second time this happened!!!! After not even 24hr I brought it to Oswego thinking it would be a simple exchange since they GAVE me a broken one!!! The employee at customer service was kind of indirect & avoidant about the whole situation not really communicating with me. Basically insinuating I broke it, am stuck with it, and down $460. This is when I got infuriated and broke down crying!!! Heather came out, I showed videos of the TV and what it looked like as soon as it came out the box with all the cracks, we know for a fact we did not damage it and it came INTERNALLY cracked!!! I understood their hesitation since i’m sure people do this all the time but after they saw the genuine emotion & honesty they exchanged it for the same one. They even took it out of the box to ensure it had no damage. Overall save urself time & do not buy SAMSUNG because this was a horrible experience but I would like to thank those employees for being compassionate and fixing others mistakes!

Very helpful. I was asked upon arrival If needed help. The employee found exactly the items I needed within 5 minutes I was done. I was in need of technical advice and received that also. The customer has died in many retail places, NOT HERE! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

IMy wife was getting me a set of headphones for father's day, unfortunately they were out of stock. We ordered them and chose to have them shipped to out home. The order was processed and shipped from a facility in WI. to the Hodgekins, IL. UPS facility and arrived at 12:33 AM the day of expected delivery. That is when the fun starts, it was there with an expected delivery time of before 7:00 PM, at about 6:00 PM the status changed to delayed. The new expected delivery window was between Wednesday and end of day Saturday! The way I see it was at sometime after it arrived in Hodgekins it got either lost or stolen and they are giving themselves 3 days to find and deliver it. Why didn't I just go pick it up from another store you ask, it was a 30 mile drive to the store I went to the closest store to have it in stock from that store was another 45 miles farther! Now it was listed as low stock on the website, and with Bestbuy taking the ability to call the store directly away, I was not ready to make my 60 mile round trip adventure turn into a 150 mile round trip expedition, as there would be no way to guarantee that it would be in stock when I got there. Well why not just put it on a credit card on the website? you ask. Because the store would not have had it pulled until the next day, making it a 210 mile journey (about 7 gallons of gasoline at $3.799 per gallon totaling $26.60) on top of what she already was paying for the headphones! NOT FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE! So here I sit waiting for UPS.

Gazelle, Jason, and Tyler put their collective brains together and assisted me with an Apple Care extended warranty claim on my Power Beats Pro. The process was kinda confusing and time consuming, but they were able to complete my warranty claim. Thank you all.

Came in for a laptop today. Nanni helped us. Hes was attentive, educated, and very polite. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Laptop was expensive as hell lol but i applied for BESTBUY gold card and will be using the payments on that.

I was so impressed with the car pick up as I only click one button and Rudy was so observant to see me waiting and initiated asking for further information as I did not complete the pick up process to obtain the code. He was so pleasant and patient to show me and I was so impressed with him coming to me from noticing me just waiting. This Best Buy will become my primary stop because of Rudy's 1st impression of convenience. oh yeah not only that he affirmed my purchase by telling me I made the right decision on my laptop purchase via online (that means he knows the products), He actually eliminated buyers remorse once he said that. Impressive for only 5 mins of wait time.
