Party City

This party city is wonderful. They are very helpful. Some places people start to get rude after you ask 2 questions. I asked about 20, and they did not waver and were extremely polite. Depending on what you are doing, it can get a bit pricey, but I think it's totally worth it. I love their confetti ballons!

By far thee best Party City in the area. Alex was amazing- the whole staff is prepared with orders. They are friendly and amazing. The atmosphere of the store is pleasant. Clean and organized- I will only shop this Party City from now on. The early hours are the cherry of this sundae. Perhaps if other stores could open earlier- less problems would occur. Stores could learn a lot from this Party City!

Have visited several times over the past few weeks for themed days at school & cheer. Love that the store is setup with each color section, it made it easy to find what we needed for pink out, Country, black out, etc. Cheap (cost) pink cowboy hat, yes please! Great accessories to choose from for Halloween costumes if you don't buy a full packaged costume. Thx. Party City

I always get balloons here for birthdays and recently for fathers day and they were very nice about exchanging my ballon after fathers day when the helium was all gone just 2 days after. I got to exchange it for 2 clearance ones and I was very happy with the female manager and the employees. The guy who helped me Sunday night had even stored some fathers day balloons for last minute customers like me haha

Went to spirit halloween and left because they find have anything i wanted or did but not right size. Went directly to party city and got both costumes in the right sizes didnt wait AT ALL amd was in and out within 10 mins with exactly what i went for. Great service & very organized in getting the costumes to people asap. They never fail me lol

I recently visited the Oswego location to pick out party supplies for my daughters birthday. The store was very clean, organized and easy to shop in. Jose and Aaron were very kind helping me and plan balloon bouquets. My daughter wanted a jojo/unicorn party. Not only did they help me, but they put together the prettiest bouquets I’ve recieved from you guys. I will definitely be coming back! #happymom

I was able to find & purchase Mardi Gras napkins, plates & a tablecloth for a meeting my husband was hosting. The only item missing was the King Cake, which arrived later!

Honestly I forgot about this place excuse its usually pretty dead.But they have the best selection of party favors,toys, and fun candies.

I always come in there last minute and they happily service me without attitude. Rarely do they run out of the balloon I select, maybe like 1 out of 3 times.
