Clean store that is well stocked. Good variety of stuff here from clothing to kitchen items. Very long line to pay sometimes which is unfortunate, but the line typically moves pretty quick.
Great that they have the Amazon returns kiosk here. Nice to get a coupon to use in store when you do your Amazon returns also. Great decision by Amazon and Kohl's to partner up like that. Folks may not even intend to buy something, but then they get a coupon and say to themselves, I guess I can find something I want!

Went to Sephora to start from scratch with make up and Katherine was amazing 🤩

had a great experience at the store this past Sunday. Considering the chaos that ensued there prior on Black Friday, I thought the store was pretty tidy. Additionally, my sister and I had a great team of ladies who made our shopping trip a positive experience. Thanks to Alison, Ellah, LaShawn and the store manager for a great visit!

I'm with my friends when I came here. We enter this place and there are so many choices you can see. This is a great place and perfect to purchase clothes. Their clothes also have an affordable and fair price. There's a lot of clothes you can choose. While my friend went to the selection of dresses I came to the men's selection to buy my husband a polo. I found a gray polo shirt that was perfect for his office work. Aside from that I also bought him plain black pants since I know his size and it will fit him. After I purchased it I went to the women's selection to look for a blouse. I'm looking for a plain white blouse because it looks clean. I just bought a plain white and pink blouse. Its good thing that they have a great products and great service.

In the past, this store was not very popular for me, but my friend goes there, so I go with him sometimes.

Went to shop for a gift but thought the stuff are a bit expensive and was gonna go to another store but decided to buy it from Kohl’s anyway and I am so glad I did. I have the most amazing experience when I checked out. Rusul who was helping me is very helpful and helps me save by suggesting if I spend certain amounts I can get discount .with the coupon, I was walking out happy when an elderly lady told me how she loved shopping at Kohl’s and that Rusul also helped her and she’s praising her as well. Kudos Kohls for having a great employee in Rusul. Customer service does make a great difference .

My clerk Wendy isvery personal, prompt and professional. She helped me with a return and reentered the purchase for the coupon that had not been scanned.. when l have a return seeing her in customer service always puts a smile on my face..

I went to Kohls looking for a sweater for my wife.
There selection for men was better then I remember. Bought 2 pair of jeans. 2 cargo shorts. Variety of t-shirts. Cashier was polite and respectful. I received $60 in Kohls cash so I will definitely be returning to buy additional items.

Place has changed over the years, good help when you can find someone. Manager up front was great help her name was Lisa I think

Kohls in Oswego has exceptional staff. Sephora and inside the store. All very nice and always willing to help. Love the sales, love the people. I go here often. Always an adventure. Always buying more than I should. Very nice people. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I love the discount that you get also the Kohl's cash I get. I recently had eye surgery and I haven't been able to drive. I really missed going there. So my husband dropped me off so I could shop. I had a great time and found some great stuff. He came back and picked me up and I went home.

Clean, organized, everything's labeled and the lots of self check out

Very nice and clean store. Super friendly and helpful staff. I have been having issues with my kohl's credit cars and one of the employees helped me get it all straightened out.

They didn't carry a style of clothing that she was interested in.
