Great park! It haves disc golf a nice dog park and a big lake that is stocked with fish. There is also a nice walking path and little park with a covered area for kids.

Was a great quiet park with ducks to feed and catch and release fishing. The grass needed mowing but it is winter time and I'm sure they're not doing the upkeep is often during the winter. But it was a very clean Park it has disc golf and a pavilion with tables for a party. Not sure if you have to rent The Pavilion or just first come first serve

This is one of the most awesome subdivision parks in the USA! I mean it! It is HUGE and VERY NICE! It has a gorgeous filtered lake that is stocked with fish! It has a concrete retaining wall at ground level the full perimeter of the lake with an overflow weir for constant elevation! The lake has a wood dock with a built-in bench and plenty of space for lounge chairs you can bring with you! It has a Frisbee golf course! It has wide concrete walking trails the full lake perimeter and beyond, with rest benches and picnic tables dispersed throughout! It has 2 fenced dog parks -- separate for small and large dogs! It has a manicured softball field with backstop, team benches, aluminum bleachers, and bases! It has a couple of manicured soccer fields with framed goals! It has 2 children's areas with nice play equipment and picnic tables and sizable covered pavilions! The lake is usually populated with several types of ducks according to their migratory patterns! All of this is tastefully integrated with beautiful White Oak Bayou winding along one side! Be sure to see the variety of turtles, fish, tadpoles, and exotic birds (egrets, swans, etc.) in this pristine bayou! And everything is meticulously maintained and regulated by MUD 222! What an awesome feature of our beloved Wortham Villages subdivision!

Beautiful scenery and multiple walking trails of varying distances.

Years ago, I walked there regularly for exercise. At that time, there were two sections of the trail totalling approximately two and a half miles, and a playground for those with children. In recent years I have suffered health issues including severe knee problems, so it's been some time since I last visited Wortham Trails. I'm working to build strength and stamina in preparation for total knee replacement surgery, so I decided to start walking there again. I am unable to walk great distances at this time, so I was worried about being able to make it around the pond section of the trail (approximately one mile). I was very happy to find that since my last visit, they've added a new, much smaller path on the grounds (I'm guessing it's about a quarter mile in length). It suits my needs perfectly and I was able to complete two laps around the shorter trail on my first visit. In addition, should I find myself struggling with walking and need to take a short break, there are benches at multiple intervals along the way as well as recently added picnic tables. There is also a new playground for kids.

I enjoyed walking there in the past. Now I enjoy it even more and always look forward to my next walking session there.

It is a great park. The lake brings nice, cool breeze while walking on the pathway around the lake. It is big park that has walking trail, dog park and swings & slides too for the kids. It's a very soothing place for relaxation because it has bunches spread out in the park, and it is also great place for walking or running..

Quiet peaceful park tucked away. Great to relax and tackle a good book. Feed the ducks and watch the wildlife. Will be back. Wish it had more parking but other than that very nice park, will be back.

I love walking the trails here. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. There is a catch and release pond and a nice fountain. It also well maintained. There is a dog area, bbq pit area and seating throughout the trails.

Stumbled opoun this littler park and it was quite fun. My family did a little bird watching, took pictures with the wild flowers, and walked around the trail. The park is pet friendly and has a gated area for dogs to run around in. I will be going back soon!

We play disc golf on the 9 hole course at this park. It also has a playground, and a nice dog park. Only problem is limited parking. Really pretty park, though.
