Love this place! They have helped me rebox and ship large paintings, small paintings, and print stuff. Great staff, locally owned and they will help you find the best prices and compare UPS vs. USPS, etc. I even shipped freight through here.

The entire team at Midtown Postal are helpful and friendly. Looking for a mailbox that shows up as an actual address and not a PO box or any shipping needs I would absolutely recommend doing business with them. Convenient and they seem to always be open considering the alternatives.

I wish I had found Midtown Postal Center when I moved here 2 years ago. Mr. Billy is one of the most accommodating business owners I have ever met. The store is well-appointed and has so many unique items for sale. Sometimes his family helps him out. So glad I happened to find this place.

He is friendly, courteous, helpful and ALWAYS goes the EXTRA MILE to ensure your packages are delivered efficiently and at the best price. His store has many nice things to offer (like an airport gift shop) but at REASONABLE PRICES! It is always clean and organized. Renting a P.O. Box was easy - NO DRAMA! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE OVERALL! This center has the most friendly, personable & helpful service! Very efficient! When I've returned purchases, I'm always notified by the store very quickly. With the ease and speed of doing business here, why would anyone ever go to a post office again or ship through another outlet?

This place is the best. I found I don’t go anywhere else to mail packages. Billy‘s customer service is so friendly and helpful. He will always work to find the cheapest way to send your parcel. He will show you the prices and show you how long it takes to get there. Always trying to save you money and make it easy on you. There is no reason to go to a UPS store or especially a USPS ever again!

Been renting a box here for a few months and couldn’t be happier with the service offered and the amenities. Recently had a potentially upsetting incident with shipping and Billy made it right before I even noticed. I highly recommend using Midtown Postal for shipping and any PO box needs.

I LOVE this place. I've had terrible experiences in the past with my mail and packages, and now I can say I haven't had not one issue since I've been using Midtown Postal. Thanks to Billy, I know exactly when I recieve something, and he takes care of all my outgoing mail with the best pricing. He even carried my packages to my car when I was pregnant! Any mama can appreciate that! I recommend them to anyone who's looking for THE BEST postal & customer service.
