I hired Immediate Response Plumbing to replace the entire sewer system under my house, which had failed by repairs made by another plumbing company a few years ago.

Bob and the crew were amazing. They worked professionally and were always available to answer all my many questions and concerns. Right now they are wrapping up the project and coordinating with my foundation company. I am quite pleased on the outcome of the project.

American Home Shield referred Immediate Response Plumbing to my home in response to a failed 50 gallon water heater. The technicians arrived at our home on January 26th, 2021 and determined that the water heater had failed and needed to be replaced. The technicians were very polite and professional as well as highly knowledgeable and highly skilled. They promptly acquired a replacement approval from American Home Shield and came back on January 28, 2021 to effectively and efficiently install the replacement water heater. The technicians were very thorough and left the work area impeccably clean. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Immediate Response Plumbing and will call on them in the future for any plumbing needs that we may have. Based on the service delivered by Immediate Response Plumbing of San Antonio, we give them our HIGHEST recommendation and thank them for their service.

Absolutely there for me every time I need them. They are responsive and punctual. Plumbing companies are hard to get in touch with because they are pulled in so many directions by so many people who are suffering "emergencies." This company is professional and will take care of you when you need them. They have actually come out and let me know that my leak was from my roof rather than my plumbing. Very honest when I wouldn't have known the difference. Cannot recommend them enough.

Immediate Response will always be my go to plumber. I have used them for three jobs: sewer line repair, water heater replacement, and kitchen sink repair.
I feel that the prices are fair, and their crew is professional and courteous.

I googled a plumbing service and called around at first. I liked the fact that they offered a $45 dollar trip charge but if I went with the work It was waived. I had a simple job so I was happy about that. My kitchen faucet started leaking and I bought a new one and just couldn't figure out how to do. I did go on there website blog and they had a how to install a faucet sink which was great but I didn't have any of those tools. So I called Immediate Response Plumbing and it was after 5pm I think like 6:15pm and the Owner answered, nice guy. He took down my information and said he would get me scheduled tomorrow morning. Around 8am I received a call from the dispatch department asking me when would be a good time for them to come out. I said this morning would be great and they came out. The technicians were very nice and quick. Thanks guys and by the way I referred you to all my neighbors :-)

I called through my home warranty company for service for my water heater. Gus and Mike showed up very promptly within the scheduled window of time and were quick to diagnose the problem with my water heater. They contacted the main office and within the hour had me on the schedule to have a new water heater installed the next day. Gus and Mike were very polite and Gus was helpful in explaining everything to me. Both are an asset to your company, especially Gus, he's a great representative for your business.

The gentleman were honest, professional, friendly and worked very efficiently. Andrea on their service line went above and beyond to ensure we had the part needed to complete the job, with zero wait time. Excellent company, I'm really glad American Home Shield recommends them, it can be difficult to find a good plumbing service, this one is it!

I inherited a massive problem after purchasing my home. Immediate Response plumbing was suggested by my home warranty. They went above and beyond in helping me. The sewer was buried beneath a huge oak tree. After a lot of trenching and manually digging to expose the pipe, they got my system fixed and back up and running. I highly recommend them, they are clean, punctual and a great team to work with. Thank you again, for all your help.

I called Immediate Response Plumbing and they had a fast response time and called 1/2 hour before they showed up. They repaired my Moen sink, my toilet and my shower. They were honest to state that I did not have a shower leak but a shower curtain problem which was leaking on the floor. They took off the shower handle cover and tested and observed for any leaks and drain leaks to find none. They worked as a team and were honest and polite to me. They cleaned the house up post any repair location and finished the job at a good price in 1.5 hours.

I had an issue with my bath faucet leaking and I called this company and scheduled an appointment to have it handled and was given a date and time. Jesse Molina arrived promptly and was extremely professional and courteous. He kept me apprised of what needed to be fixed, corrected the problem. I would use this company and ask for Jesse again.

We hired Immediate Response to remove an old water heater and replace it with a new one we bought. They were prompt, courteous and clean. They had to drain our old water tank using a hose into our upstairs bathtub and OMG what came out looked like sewage sitting at the bottom of our old rusted tank! I was horrified, but when they finished, the new one was installed and the bathroom was spotless. I recommend them to everyone. And if you have an ancient water heater, your water may look like that too. 😳

We called and within a couple hours Adam arrived and inspected our situation. Adam explained the process and made sure we understood what needed to take place. He arrived the next day like he said he would and installed our hot water heater. Adam was extremely professional and courteous to our family. Adams work was top notch and when he was completely done with them job he explained everything he did and why he did it. A business is only as good as its employees and these guys have it figured out. Adam thank you for help my family!

Update 10/2/2020 - Hot water heater went out. Called them at 8:30 AM and had a new hot water heater installed by noon - talk about fast service, and at a good price too!

Had Immediate Response Plumbing install new sink, garbage disposal, sink, and dishwasher. Got an appointment right away. The plumber arrived on time and was professional about getting the work done. He also noticed that there was a leak in the water line between the meter and the house which they also fixed right away. The work was top-notch and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Their prices are fair and there is no continuous upselling.

My request for work was made through my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and took a few days to schedule due to some confusion with how they log work requests on the AHS website (not a good system, AHS).

Fortunately, first thing Monday morning, I worked with an excellent dispatcher at Immediate Response Plumbing and was able to get an appointment squeezed in late Monday afternoon.

The team showed up when they said they would and were very professional, wearing booties and masks as a precaution with the COVID-19 pandemic. I showed them the problem area (the kitchen sink sewer line) and explained that the blockage was beyond the 25 foot length of my consumer-grade plumber's snake.

They got their industrial snake and ran it out about 40 feet, where they found the blockage and cleared it in just minutes. However, I was impressed that they continued to clean the line all the way to the main line for the house, and ran the snake back and forth just to make sure it was completely clear.

After the work was done, they removed the tools, cleaned up, and presented me with the completed paperwork. The guys were really professional. I was happy to offer them a bottle of water and wishes for a safe day.

Abraham and Jose came over to my house and installed my brand new gas water heater. They did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done to bring us up to city code. They got here 30 minutes early and completed the job in a just a few hours. Quality work by quality guys. Thank you!!! -Robert

Good Afternoon, I'm late to post my remarks but late is better than never! I just want to thank Immediate Response plumbing for quickly coming out this past weekend. We came home Sunday mid-morning to about a few inches less than ankle deep full of water in our living room. I called right away to Immediate Response Pluming and spoke to Bob, the owner, and he was quick to tell me he would send someone out within the hour. The gentlemen came and were quick to figure out the problem. I am so grateful and so glad they didn’t make me wait till Monday. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family...definitely!

I recently had a leaking shower valve which needed to be replaced. When I called, they were able to divert a crew in my area to take care of the problem. They were professional and got the vale replaced the same day and cleaned up after their work. The prices are fair and the work is top quality. I am looking to have IRP do some more extensive work around the house.

Gus and Mike showed up on time and quickly diagnosed a leaky faucet in our tub. They took the time to explain to me the problem and fixed it quickly. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs. On a side note, the receptionist I spoke with several times, a young lady, was extremely pleasant to speak to! Thanks again!!
