So I see a lot of negativity in the reviews for this convenience store. Understandable, given the economic climate. All forgivable in my book honestly...

It's a convenience store, they specialize in convenience. If it's not to your liking then it's not to your liking.

However, I found myself in a bit of a pickle this morning and Lucia amazed me with her politeness, kindness, and her ability to accommodate my needs.

Gas station was clean. Representatives we're very kind and had good attitudes.

$0.40 higher than anyone else for mid-grade? No, thanks. The $1.99 for Unleaded (87-octane) on the sign looked inviting, but a 50-cent jump to $2.49 for mid-grade (89-octane) is just excessive. Drove up, drove off.

Today, I was here to get my car washed. The pay station said network error which it won't take my card. I backed out and went inside the store and they said that the entire car wash system is broken. This place won't even give me a car wash code. I called this gas station yesterday to see if their car wash is working and they said that it is working. That girl lied almost an hour of my time wasted. I'm never coming back to this place ever again! It seems like that the car wash tried to charge me for nothing.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CARWASH!! I went there for the works just to get the haze off my BMW before I took it in to get detailed in a few days and during the dry cycle the washer kept dropping this wet fluid on the right side of my car. I looked out the window after I pulled out and seen these spots on the window dry up but left a residue. So when I got out the car and looked the whole passenger side was spotted and streaked up from the washer. I brought the gas attendant out and showed him. He agreed to refund but took my receipt and issues for another car wash. I'll see if he process the refund. He hands me a towel to dry it off and it smears. It's grease based!!! So I went back in and told him and he now states maybe it's from somewhere else. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Not to even mention it didn't even wash my car! Not going here again!

Came today used pump 8 the gas started to leak out from the top of the pump instead of in my car...I went inside to tell the attendant Carlos he asked me to move to the other pump and put my remaining amount even though most of the gas spilled on the floor, and offered me $1.00 more in gas 😂😂. I also had to tell him to put it out of service since it was leaking. I assume he didnt believe do he came to touch and smell the gas that leaked on the floor.

Gas is $0.60 per gallon higher than the Wal-Mart right across the street! Car wash sucks! It will only rinse your car, the soap barely drips out. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

Kept not taking my card, tried two pumps, eventually it read. Nozzles are backwards so left is most expensive, probably to trick people into buying unnecessary fuel. If you need premium and aren't paying attention it could stress your engine.

The air pump was not working, and the employee there declined to help in any way. He told me that he had no way of turning the machine on for me, and refused to help me figure out how to get the pump to take my credit card. Very rude.

Extremely rude staff, stopped here for the bathroom after a 5 hour trip and the lady was screaming at an old man for counting his money too slow. She also yelled at my mom and I for not opening the bathroom door fast enough and for not buying anything. Never again will we go here.

Bought buff bar packaging inside was open. Figured it was a one time thing. It happend again and i took it back guy said it happened before and he exchanged it for that person and the manager told him not to do it again. never going back to this station again.

Air doesn’t work. No sign warning about non-functioning equipment. The only part that works is the part that takes your money. I asked for a refund and they said to call the number on the machine.

Expensive fuel and the store is the size of a shoebox.

Horrible customer service.
