We decided to have a safe installed and after stopping by a couple of places, we decided to buy from A1 Locksmith in Carrollton since Robert and his team did a great job showing us the features and functionality as well as helping us select a safe that met our needs.

We also had them deliver and install and I couldn't be more impressed. They first did a walkthrough to ensure they knew the path and where I wanted it installed, and then again double-checked placement once the safe was in place before completing the bolt down. About 20 minutes after they arrived with our safe in tow, it was in place and bolted to the foundation. They even brought a small shop vac to ensure the site was as neat and clean as when they arrived and the final "tour" of the safe functionality (low battery indication, replacement, code changing, etc.) was on point.

I'd definitely recommend them to anyone shopping around for a new safe!

I bought a new lock but had trouble installing it. Andrew Hoffman came by and did the job in less than hour. Highly recommend A1 Locksmith Security and Safes!

I was there after hours on a Saturday night, very much so, based on google hours. Google hours said they were open until 8PM, which is for mobile service only. (Google doesn't let them show store hours/mobile hours) The place closes at 4PM on Saturdays and I was there after 5PM. Robert the store manager was kind enough to realize I had a simple need (a spare key made for my truck) and opened the door for me, and help cut the keys I needed. I felt the human element that one would miss at a big box store like 'big orange' or 'big blue'. That is why I have always gone to A1 locksmith for all my lock and key related needs!!

I always wondered how huge gun safes are moved and found out yesterday how easy Jason and Aaron made it look. Great experience and very professional. I hope I never have to move this thing, but they will be my first call if needed. Thank you guys.

Nick provided exceptional service for us in a tight situation. The lock on our safe malfunctioned the night before we were closing and the buyer was taking possession. We were not in the house, but needed it fixed quickly. He called to understand the problem and then made it to the house within a couple of hours - calling the buyer's agent to get access. He texted me photos of the parts and what he fixed, and a video to show it working correctly. Then we talked by phone and he explained it in detail. Great service!

Five stars! I bought a home and needed the place rekeyed. Andrew Hoffman was assigned and he called me to verify the address. Andrew gave me an estimate time of arrival and was early. Before he started the job he gave me a price for everything.. very reasonable. He rekeyed everything and provided a dead bolt that I needed for my bedroom. Recommend A-1 locksmith and Andrew Hoffman.. professional, honest and just a really nice person. I Thanked Andrew and I was floored when he informed me he enjoys his job and Thanked me for the job I requested! I also want to Thank Mia when I called in. Accidentally ordered an item online for pick-up in TX but I live in OH. I received a personal e-mail almost immediately pointing this out. They offered shipping options, unfortunately they werent in line with my plans and I had to cancel the order. But how amazing of them to notice this and care enough to reach out. Will definitely stop by when in TX!

Luis and Dillon were on time and very professional. They installed the safe, connected the lighting and made sure ai knew how to set the combination. I will be using the team at A-1 for all my safe needs and service.

From the first phone call to being met in the office Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, and asked the questions that he knew novice safe purchasers would not be aware of. Robert went beyond customer service and provided a six star rating!

The installation service was great. The installer called before they arrived and arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. They were very careful bringing the safe inside my house as well as taking care to install the safe in a perfect place. They explained how to use the safe and how to register the safe. They couldn’t have been better. Thank you

Andrew did an excellent job re-keying our house. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and finished the work quickly. He even offered to help re-align several interior doors that wouldn't latch closed for a reasonable extra half-hour of labor. That saved me an extra call for a handyman.

The total price including that unexpected extra work was still lower than a local competitor that I had called for just re-keying.

Talk about right place right time right ppl to be doing the right kinda business with! A-1 Locksmith you did that and you also help me when I needed your help most. 2012 Camaro Key Fob button broken went in on a Saturday afternoon and got the replacement key made and I used the instructions given to me by A-1 and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the great work

I needed a new key for my son's car and not only were these folks super helpful, they were much less expensive than other places I called. They saved my teenager a good bit of money (he was very grateful!) and got us out of there efficiently with friendly service. Sam and Ian were great! I'm never going anywhere else for locksmith needs after the service we got today!

Great experience with this company in general! Went in and they were helpful in my safe selection! Had it delivered two days later and delivery team, Waseem and Dylan were awesome! Took their time getting it in the house, were careful, and made sure I was happy and knew how to set up the safe before they left! Highly recommend! Will be calling when time to move again!

Sam was the best my keys just needed a battery replacement while other places wanted to program or buy a new one. Sam took time to explain the technique and quick fix. Definitely recommend this place.

I was locked out of my car. I called around to several places before choosing them. They had great customer service when I called and the technician who came to help. Also, they took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to arrive to my location (I was only 5 minutes away, still I was impressed I didn’t have a long wait). The price was slightly lower than others in the area... I believe I paid $65-$75. I would use them again.

Update: I was locked out my car again at night time. I spoke with Joanie on the phone, for some reason our connection was really bad and the calls kept dropping. Joanie, text me to find out where I was and kept checking in to ensure I was safe until the technician arrived.
I added photos to see the awesome customer service. She didn’t have to call me back after the calls kept dropping but, she did. As a woman, that makes me feel very safe & secure in knowing this company cares about people.
